• Duration: 9-week program (June 1st – July 31st)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM (Onsite)

• Compensation: $25.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Zenith Finance Team!

Responsibilities

This role will focus on skills development in the following areas:

Financial reporting & analysis support

Forecast / expense / cost support

Month‑end close support

• Support month‑end close activities, including identifying missing or pending expenses and assisting with the preparation of preliminary monthly accruals under supervision.
• Perform initial review and draft‑level summaries of accounts with significant month‑over‑month variances.
• Prepare supporting materials and documentation for month‑end close reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and HQ.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to gather and validate financial data for planning and analysis purposes.
• Update and maintain Excel‑based financial models to track expenses and support forecasting activities.
• Assist with variance analysis between forecasted and actual results at a draft and support level.
• Process accounts payable invoices and support accurate coding to general ledger accounts.
• Support basic cost analysis activities to help identify potential cost‑saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four‑year university, majoring in Accounting or Finance
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and strong interest in finance and accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility
• Able to work in a structured, professional finance environment

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Cloud Platform to lead cloud architecture and platform strategy for LG Commercial Displays (B2B only), focused on the Pro:Centric Platform.

This role owns scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud services while identifying new service and revenue opportunities across LG’s footprint. Experience with monetization services (upsell, loyalty/micro-spend, transactions) is a plus.

You will work with LG HQ, Lincolnshire engineering, and partners to build a future-proof, cloud-native platform across industries including hospitality, cruise, fitness, retail, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture: Define cloud roadmap; design scalable, multi-tenant, global systems.
• Platform: Build SaaS capabilities (APIs, provisioning, device/app management); enable monetization services.
• Cloud Strategy: Drive build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong API-first mindset (REST, GraphQL, event-driven).
• Familiarity with MCP or similar integration frameworks.
• Proven ability to make business-driven technical decisions.
• Experience building strategic/technical partnerships.
• Strong communication across technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CTV, hospitality, or enterprise display platforms.
• Knowledge of CDNs, streaming/video, or IoT/device platforms.
• Familiarity with monetization services/integrations.
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR (or similar).

Job Description:

LG Electronics' Information Display Division is seeking a Technical Product Manager – Networks/Security to join our rapidly-growing Software Solutions business at our office in Lincolnshire, IL. This is an in-office position (5 days/week).

The Technical Product Manager – Networks and Security, will be serving as our subject matter expert for enterprise-level networking and information security as it relates to the deployment and integration of LG's digital signage hardware and Cloud remote monitoring/control (RMS) and content management (CMS) software in Enterprise, Operational Technology, Retail, Healthcare, Transportation, and Government IT environments.

This is NOT an internal IT position administering internal systems. You will be representing LG in interfacing with our customers’ IT, information security, IT, and network administration teams at the world's largest corporations, and leading system integrators who manage large scale network of LG commercial displays used in everything from airport flight information/gate displays to indoor and drive-through digital menu boards at all major quick-service restaurants, to digital out of home (DOOH) advertising and retail media network in-store screens.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Lead the networking and security integration of LG software solutions with customer’s IT infrastructure.
• Recommend best cyber/information security policies to customers using LG digital signage and associated software.
• Author system and software requirements specifications with respect to advanced security, for the product planning and R&D teams.
• Assist customers in debugging, resolving field issues, and coming up with solutions for security and networking issues when integrating LG solutions.
• Strengthen LG software business competitiveness through the discovery of new solutions and driving proof-of-concept to for LG’s next generation software solution
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product planning, and R&D, to develop next generation of secure solutions that keep up with industry networking and security protocols.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, industries, and unique challenges, and proactively identifying and addressing their needs.
• Generate proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate LG’s networking and security advantage/value propositions to potential customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful hand-off and implementation of new business opportunities, and to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Perform SWOT analysis of LG commercial displays and cloud SaaS in networking and security features/capabilities. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Support the Software Solutions BDM team for onboarding new customers, product demos, trainings and webinars, and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise network design and architecture or overseeing enterprise network and security required.
• Direct experience in one or more of the following areas: IAM, PKI, SSO, EDR/XDR, Authentication, Encryption, Certificate management, mobile device management (MDM) and provisioning.
• In-dept understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast, WiFi, Firewall, RESTful API
• Ability to debug networking and communication issues
• Industrial OT and IoT cyber-security experience is a plus.
• SaaS and PaaS deployment and Data Orchestration experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for up to 1 week in duration and 10% of the time.
