Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is seeking a Manager, AI & Sales Analytics.
The Manager of AI & Sales Analytics is responsible for transforming data into decisions that drive revenue, margin, and execution. This leader will build and own the analytics, forecasting support, and AI capabilities that enable the Sales, Strategy, and Business Unit teams to operate with speed, precision, and accountability.
This is not a reporting role. This role defines how we measure the business, how we predict outcomes, and how we optimize decisions across pricing, promotions, forecasting, and customer strategy.
They will work directly with the VP of Sales Strategy & Business Development, Sales Operations, Finance, and eCommerce leadership to embed analytics and AI into daily commercial execution.

Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort solutions for over 100 years, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sales Operations Manager to lead statistical forecasting and internal demand orchestration across our Walmart and Sams Club accounts.
This role is intentionally designed to move beyond customer replenishment execution. While supporting sales performance remains important, this position will lean heavily into building and owning a disciplined, data-driven demand planning framework across retail, commercial, and eCommerce channels.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a rolling 12-month statistical forecast by channel, identifying structural demand drivers, and standardizing forecasting processes company-wide. This individual will serve as the internal architect of bottoms-up demand planning and will lead demand review preparation for SIOP.
This is a high-impact, internally focused role that requires strong modeling capability, cross-functional influence, and a proactive mindset.
The Sales Operations Manager role will be based in Bentonville, AR and will report to the Sr. Sales Operations Manager.

The Sales Category Analyst will support our growing Sales organization. This role will be a key analytical partner to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance — driving actionable insights that strengthen category performance, improve retailer partnerships, and unlock growth opportunities.
Position Summary
The Sales Category Analyst is responsible for analyzing syndicated data, retailer POS trends, internal sales performance, and competitive activity to provide actionable category insights. This individual will help translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence assortment, pricing, promotions, shelf placement, and go-to-market strategies.
