Role Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our clients' brand(s). As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will develop provocative branding strategies with certainty that align with client goals, drive market differentiation, and foster customer loyalty. Your responsibilities will include translating insights from market research and consumer analysis into sharp positioning, brand architecture, portfolio strategies, guiding creative teams to bring brands to life with, and translate insights into actionable branding initiatives. What you'll do:

• Lead the development of brand strategy for corporate and consumer brands across geographies and categories – craft brand narratives, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks that guide creative expression and ensure strategic clarity.

• Own and lead end-to-end work streams, ensuring timely delivery and high strategic rigour throughout the engagement.

• Synthesise research and insights into clear, actionable strategic recommendations that drive differentiation and business impact.

• Collaborate with creative, product, and executive leadership teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand initiatives.

What you'll need:

• Experience in brand strategy, consulting, or related fields.

• Proven track record across insight mining, brand positioning development, brand naming systems, brand and portfolio architecture, creative briefing, brand tone and messaging frameworks, and design understanding.

• Experience working across multiple industries and geographies; ability to quickly distill insights and translate them into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior clients.

• Solid understanding of how brands intersect with business strategy, including retail experience, culture, product/service innovation, and packaging strategies.

Role Overview:

The Resource Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the effective allocation of creative, production, and freelance talent across projects within the studio. Working closely with Creative Directors, Design Directors, and project leads, this role is responsible for balancing workloads, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring projects are staffed with the right skills at the right time. With a strong understanding of both design and production workflows, the Resource Manager helps optimise team efficiency while maintaining the high creative standards expected within a global branding consultancy.

In addition to managing internal resources, the role involves building and maintaining a strong network of freelance talent across design, digital, and production disciplines. A background in production within a design or branding agency is essential, enabling the Resource Manager to understand timelines, technical requirements, and delivery constraints across different project types. This role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.

What you’ll do:

• Manage various project aspects such as scope, risk, schedule, budget, and communications from both personal and management perspectives.

• Build relationships with freelancers ensuring we have a diverse pool of creative talent including production and digital. Work with ECDs, Creative Directors and Design Directors to identify gaps in our skill set, and recruit and develop people in line with our needs.

• Monitor budget spending to ensure it stays within agreed limits. Ensure that statements of work are written and delivered with the necessary thoroughness and risk mitigation.

• Manage the admin for creative freelancers – issue service agreements, set up timesheet user access and raise POs in line with SOX and company requirements.

• Ensuring extensive knowledge of various Landor studios core competencies and integral for promoting cross-selling of services where appropriate.

What you’ll need:

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines, and understand Brand- Retail design.

• Previous experience successfully managing client projects, Preferably working on FMCG or Food & Beverages.

• An ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally. Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients independently and with confidence.

Promote and develop creative thinking, coaching and nurturing junior team members.
Evaluate and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.
Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to deliver transformative, creative work and ensure client satisfaction on all projects.

What you'll need:

Previous experience in a similar role within a branding/design agency leading cross-discipline teams.
The ability to demonstrate creative impact and skills to manage the complete delivery of projects
Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat) .
Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge and skills.
An ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally.
A solutions-driven outlook, fuelled by curiosity and an innovative mind.

What you’ll do

Lead and inspire design teams to deliver high-impact, strategy-driven creative work that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Collaborate with Creative Directors and peers to shape future creative vision and drive the development of bold, breakthrough ideas.
Provide constructive critique and strategic guidance to refine concepts, ensuring alignment with briefs and competitive differentiation.
Mentor and develop junior team members while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver transformative, successful projects.

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading cross-disciplinary teams within a branding or design agency, managing projects from concept through to full delivery.
Strong creative impact with the ability to oversee and execute end-to-end project delivery to a high standard.
Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
