The Opportunity at Komodo Health:
The Project Manager leads small and large project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration and delivers solutions for our healthcare and life sciences customers. This role provides leadership and management to project teams to ensure we deliver projects on time, with quality, and on budget.
This role is the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring any risks or issues are mitigated and setting expectations for what is needed from the customer to be successful. This person will work closely with all internal project roles, including the Solution Architect, Technical Architect, and Business Analyst, to ensure services are being delivered per the project plan and agreed Statement of Work.
Working Hours: EST time zone overlap (6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST). This is a fully remote role

- Leading a high-performing project team and customer through a successful design, build, and implementation by developing and establishing a comprehensive project plan that aligns with all stakeholder objectives
- Adhering to project budget and timelines by tracking resource allocations, monitored key milestone deliverables, and taken corrective actions as needed
- Proactively identifying and managing project risks by developing a robust risk management plan to mitigate and address issues promptly
- Building and leading Continuously improving on each project implementation by conducting regular project reviews, identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices for future projects.
You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…
- Strategically build relationships with relevant customer sponsors and stakeholders with each project to actively identify and create future opportunities, customer references, and develop a robust industry network of contacts
- Own overall project management during an engagement; participate in discovery and requirement workshops to define and prioritize requirements, collaborate with project team members to design appropriate solutions, execute projects in a timely manner with clear expectation setting and communication to all stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and effectively apply our methodology or client’s methodology if being used and enforce project standards; create, maintain, and own standard project deliverables (status decks, milestone kickoff decks, project plans, burn reports, RAID logs, build progress trackers etc.)
- Manage timelines, budget, and scope deliverables as documented in the SOW. Accurately communicate and report the project status to reflect risks or issues that may impact schedule, budget, or quality
- Proactively identify and manage project risks; Escalate and work to resolve major risks and issues so a mitigation plan can be developed
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identify staffing needs and determine individual project team member responsibilities
- Contribute and drive the change order process by working with the practice and functional leads, create initial documentation including estimates, assumptions, deliverables, and timelines
- Participate in customer training and other implementation initiatives as part of overall project deliverables
What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
- Strong professional experience in project management
- Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Project management experience with software or custom development implementations experience - ideally in a consulting environment
- Proven ability and experience working in a collaborative environment to meet client needs with the ability to work across global teams, both internally and externally, to influence project contributors and stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic-thinking skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understand core project management concepts, data modeling, theories, practices, and methods
- Experience facilitating meetings, demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interacting with project sponsors at all levels
- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with Waterfall and/or SCRUM methodologies
Additional skills and experience we’ll prioritize…
- PMP/SCRUM certification
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce (Salesforce certifications are a plus e.g. Admin/Platform App Builder)
- Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM implementations within the Life Science and healthcare space

The Opportunity at Komodo Health
This role performs configuration tasks to meet Komodo Health customer requirements, working closely with the Solution Architect. They are the experts on configuration and collaborate with the project team and our clients.
This person is part of the Configuration Team, working closely with the Solution Architects to design and build out the configuration creatively and efficiently to meet the requirements. They will also work closely with the Business Analyst during the test writing phase and with the testing team during test execution to provide expertise and guidance.

- Lead and/or contribute to the configuration of solutions for multiple customer projects, both small and large, delivering on customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in client-facing design reviews, working sessions, and training to demo and illustrate solutions.
- Collaborate with other project team members to gain efficiencies and help implement best practices for project delivery and knowledge transfer.

- Design and configure appropriate solutions given the clients’ requirements (40%)
- Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements (10%)
- Review requirements and ensure solutions meet the requirements (10%)
- Configure client-facing solutions, including structural and functional applications, troubleshooting errors, manipulating data, and transformations, all the while utilizing new and familiar tools throughout (20%)
- Support and participate in client presentations and design reviews to build strong working relationships with clients and analyze feedback to ensure alignment (10%)
- Participate in client training and other implementation initiatives as a part of overall project deliverables (10%)
What you bring to Komodo Health:
- Experience configuring and solutioning on the Salesforce platforms with exposure to end-to-end project implementation lifecycles
- Ability to effectively design scalable solutions to meet client business needs and perform system configuration
- Experience working in a collaborative project team environment
- Experience authoring requirements, writing design documentation, and other related project and system documentation
- Demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving, and experience across the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects, from pre-sales, requirements gathering, design and build, review and refine, validation, and deploy
- Goal-oriented with a superior work ethic while being self-motivated
- Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to enhance personal productivity, streamline workflows, or improve decision-making
Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)…
- Salesforce Certification and consulting experience a plus
- Life Sciences experience, particularly Pharmaceutical is a plus
