PRP Direct Service Worker Lead
Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm or 6am - 2pm
General Summary
The PRP Direct Service Worker Lead performs the duties of a Direct Service Worker and additionally provides a number of administrative duties that support the coordination of services and PRP operations. Direct Service Workers provide assessment and treatment services that promote recovery, full community integration, and improved quality of life for persons who have been diagnosed with a serious and chronic mental health condition that seriously impairs their ability to lead meaningful lives. Direct Service Workers are required to provide collaborative, person directed and individualized services that focuses on helping individuals develop skills and access resources needed to reduce or eliminate the maladaptive behaviors that stem from a mental health diagnosis.

What You’ll Do
As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.

Compensation & Schedule
Salary Range: The pay for this position is up to $105,000 annually
Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions.
Total Compensation:
With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is expected to range from $70,000–$105,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement.

The base pay for this position pays up to $110,000 a year. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
