We are currently in search of an experienced PRN SUD Therapist for our Towson, MD location. The SUD Therapist position at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all of its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is held by someone who is innovative and committed to learning and developing their counseling skill, working and collaborating with an innovative, inter-disciplinary team. This position requires someone who is invested in patient care and brings a solution-focused attitude and outlook.

What You’ll Do
As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our collaborative treatment environment.
Clinical Responsibilities Include:
· Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
· Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
· Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
· Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery
· Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
· Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
· Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
· Case management services such as, but not limited to, coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
· Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from one level of care to another.
· Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
· Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
· Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule
Salary:
Up to $100,000 annually.
Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.
Total Compensation:
With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.
