Position Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the global Revenue Operations function, responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power end-to-end revenue generation across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data, and plays a critical role in driving operational alignment, revenue visibility, and scalable growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in building RevOps infrastructure in fast-moving environments, including Salesforce ecosystems, BI platforms, and cross-functional GTM process design. In addition, this role is expected to actively drive AI-enabled transformation across GTM processes, including automation, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted revenue workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Operations Strategy, Systems & Leadership

• Own and execute the global RevOps strategy aligned with company growth
• Serve as strategic partner to CRO, COO, and GTM leadership
• Lead GTM systems, including Salesforce, BI, and core revenue infrastructure
• Define scalable operating model, KPIs, governance, and revenue processes

2. GTM Process, Data & Performance Infrastructure

• Own end-to-end GTM process design from lead to cash and monitiziation
• Drive revenue reporting, forecasting, and BI dashboards (Tableau)
• Maintain single source of truth for revenue, pipeline, and performance data
• Ensure alignment between operational and financial reporting models

3. Systems Transformation, Automation & AI Enablement

• Lead Salesforce architecture, consolidation, and continuous optimization
• Drive automation across GTM workflows to reduce manual effort and increase scale
• Evaluate and optimize GTM tech stack for efficiency and consolidation
• Lead AI initiatives across RevOps, including forecasting, insights generation, and workflow automation

4. Integration, Commissioning & Sales Operations

• Lead RevOps integration across mergers and business units
• Own commission and incentive infrastructure and reporting systems
• Ensure alignment between compensation models, performance tracking, and revenue outcomes

5. Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team across systems, analytics, and operations
• Drive execution discipline, ownership culture, and data-driven decision making
• Partner with leadership on org design and capability development

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations leadership positions, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
• Strong Salesforce and RevOps systems expertise
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau
• Proven experience in GTM transformation, system integration
• Strong executive stakeholder management (CRO, COO, CFO)
• Hands-on builder with strategic leadership capability
• Experience in AdTech or SaaS environments preferred
• Familiarity or experience with AI-driven GTM transformation is a strong advantage

Connatix Native Exchange, a JWX company, is seeking a full-time Senior Solutions Engineer in New York, NY, to serve as a technical lead for enterprise customers throughout the pre-sales, onboarding, and post-sales lifecycle. Work directly with Customers, Sales, Product and Engineering to solve complex challenges, drive successful integrations, and ensure customers realize the full value of video platform solutions. Support internal operations by developing revenue operations tools including single page applications, command line utilities, browser extensions, and backend automation systems. 

Specific duties include:

• Own technical relationships with publishers and partners across the full customer lifecycle
• Drive pre-sales technical conversations, demos, and discovery sessions
• Communicate platform business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead technical scoping, design, and implementation planning for custom integrations
• Develop and present tailored solutions for publisher integrations
• Guide and mentor junior Solutions Engineering team members
• Provide product expertise, education, and consultative guidance to publishers and internal teams
• Support RFI/RFP processes with technical requirement responses
• Monitor competitive video technology landscape and position solutions accordingly
• Translate publisher needs into Product and Engineering feedback to influence roadmap
• Build and maintain internal revenue operations tools and automation systems

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following:

• Designing custom implementation strategies, creating technical documentation, and leading integration planning for large-scale publisher deployments
• Implementing and troubleshooting video player APIs, custom event handling, and browser-based video delivery systems
• Leading technical competitive assessments, and architecting proof-of-concept solutions to win enterprise client evaluations against competing video platforms;
• Building and maintaining ongoing technical partnerships with senior engineering teams and technical decision-makers to ensure successful platform adoption and long-term client success.
• Will accept experience gained concurrently. 

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000/year. Full-time, position located in New York, New York.

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is a seasoned individual contributor who operates with a high degree of independence. They play a critical supporting role in FP&A, contribute directly to board-level financial materials and budgeting processes, and own JWX’s integrated 3-statement financial model. This role serves as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and business unit heads, delivering insight—not just reporting. In our lean organization, this person also owns the company’s travel and spend approval process and has direct visibility into executive and board-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Own and maintain JWX’s fully integrated 3-statement financial model (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement), including scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Build complex financial models from scratch to support strategic decisions, M&A activity, capital planning, and pricing analysis
• Perform deep-dive variance analysis versus budget and prior periods; surface actionable findings to senior leadership
• Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data

Board & Executive Reporting

• Strongly support the preparation of board-level presentations and management decks in PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy, visual clarity, and executive-appropriate storytelling
• Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting package for assigned business areas and investors
• Assist in preparing materials for lenders, investors, or board members as needed

FP&A & Business Partnering

• Strongly support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for assigned business areas
• Serve as strategic finance partner to department heads—proactively flagging risks and opportunities, not just reporting on them
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, HR, and operations on planning and close activities
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting, planning tools, and workflows
• Own and administer JWX’s travel budgeting and spending approval process

Strategic Initiatives

• Support strategic initiatives including business cases, scenario modeling, and M&A-related analysis (due diligence, integration planning)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, with meaningful time in a corporate FP&A or business finance role
• Strong Excel skills with proven ability to build fully integrated 3-statement models from scratch
• Strong PowerPoint skills with demonstrated experience producing polished, board-quality presentations
• Hands-on experience with ERP and/or FP&A platforms (NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar)
• Track record of working directly with senior leaders and communicating financial analysis clearly to non-finance stakeholders

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a strong software engineer to join Platform Engineering and help us build and maintain a code-first Internal Developer Platform. Our platform supports infrastructure used by hundreds of millions of people worldwide and delivers petabytes of content daily—so the systems you build will have real, visible impact at global scale. This is a role for someone who wants to build products for engineers: APIs, tools, automation, libraries, and workflows that make the “right way” the easiest way.

As a Platform Engineer, you will:

• Build developer platforms as products: design, implement, and maintain internal services, tools, and workflows that enable engineering teams to deliver software safely and consistently.
• Take a code-first approach to infrastructure: develop and evolve infrastructure automation and deployment systems (think: CI/CD building blocks, deployment orchestration, environment provisioning, platform APIs/CLIs).
• Build and operate cloud and Kubernetes platform capabilities with an emphasis on automation, repeatability, and guardrails
• Measure and improve reliability through instrumentation, observability, and platform-level standards.
• Partner with engineering teams to understand friction points, then turn those needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Participate in planning, code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentorship in a collaborative, high-autonomy team.
• Join an occasional after-hours support rotation (approximately once every 7 weeks).

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven software engineering experience and proficiency in one or more of: Python, Go, Java, Rust, and/or .NET(including debugging and optimizing production code).
• Experience implementing and supporting large, internet-facing distributed systems, ideally in Kubernetes environments
• Experience operating and debugging cloud-based stacks (AWS preferred; other major clouds also relevant).
• Strong fundamentals in infrastructure-as-code and automated configuration/automation (e.g., Terraform/CloudFormation and related tooling).
• A track record of building maintainable, stable, scalable systems and treating internal tooling like real software products.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—able to drive technical discussions across teams.

Bonus points: 

• Experience building “platform primitives” (self-service workflows, templates, golden paths, internal portals/CLIs, policy/guardrails).
• Familiarity with networking concepts (routing, firewalls, VPNs).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL/big data systems.
• Open-source contributions or maintaining your own projects.
• B.S. in a computer-related field.
