Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or service operations
• 3 or more years of people and team management experience
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success achieving team KPIs and operational targets
• Experience building or improving processes in a scaling environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

• 7+ years of experience of software engineering with a focus frontend focus

• Responsible for review of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures and analytics for accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and Regulation S-X and S-K;
• Ensure the company’s internal and external reports consistently reflect the Justworks story and messaging while remaining in compliance with SEC regulations and required disclosures.

Define and track operational metrics that demonstrate the impact and efficiency, and use that data to continuously improve.
• Automate everything that doesn't need a human. Bring a relentless automation mindset to the way research works at Justworks. Continuously ask: what in this workflow requires human expertise and judgment — and what doesn't? Design and build AI-powered agents, automations, and intelligent workflows that handle the rest: surfacing relevant prior research before a study begins, routing insights to the right stakeholders, synthesizing patterns across studies, scheduling and managing participants, distributing the drumbeat of insight across the organization. The goal is to free researchers and Justworkers to focus on the work that only humans can do.
• Transform our participant recruitment and customer access infrastructure. Design and scale a recruiting system that gives researchers — and Justworkers Who Do Research (JWDR) — reliable, ethical, and efficient access to current and target customers. Move us from ad hoc to repeatable, and from repeatable to self-service.
• Harness the time and expertise of our research and strategy community. The researchers and strategists are contributors to this work. You'll be responsible for defining how their expertise plugs in: identifying where their involvement creates the most leverage and building the coordination systems that make those contributions scalable.The goal is an ops practice that's owned and sustained by the whole community — not dependent on any one person.
• Define our research ethics, compliance, and data governance standards. Own the frameworks, consent workflows, and privacy practices that ensure all research conducted at Justworks — by any team — meets our standards for participant trust and data protection.

Increase insights fluency across the organization

• Scale the infrastructure that connects every Justworker to insight and strategy. Build the systems that ensure the right insight reaches the right person at the right time — automatically. This includes the operational machinery behind our drumbeat of insight: the channels, automations, and workflows that distribute what we learn broadly and accessibly. But it goes beyond customer research. Partner with Corporate Strategy to ensure every Justworker has a clear, grounded understanding of where the company is headed and why — so that day-to-day decisions at every level are anchored in strategy, not just intuition. 
• Establish and govern our Research Knowledge Management system. • Proven track record (6-8 years, with demonstrated experience at a staff or principal level) of building and scaling operational systems and governance structures
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools and building AI-powered workflows — for knowledge retrieval, research synthesis, automation, or insight distribution
• Experience working in a technology environment, including a deep understanding of experience design, user research, and product development processes
• Exposure to research methods in UX, market research, design research, and/or strategic research, and an interest in going deeper

The target daily rate range for this contract engagement is $850 - $1,250. Please note that as a contractor, this role is not eligible for Justworks employee benefits including health insurance, paid leave, or 401(k).

We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and evolve our people reporting and analytics capability — turning Workday data into insights that help our leaders make better, faster decisions. Working as a member of the People Systems team, you'll partner closely with People Operations, Finance, Talent, and senior leadership to design and deliver reporting solutions that are accurate, scalable, and genuinely useful.

You will be the functional subject matter expert for Workday Reporting, People Analytics, responsible for building and maintaining our core reporting layer, driving data quality, and enabling self-service across the business.

You have a passion for people data and a strong belief that good reporting changes how organisations operate. You're the person who looks at a spreadsheet someone built manually every month and immediately thinks about how to automate it. You're detail-oriented, curious, and care as much about whether a report is actually used as whether it's technically correct.

As part of Justworks, the People Systems team is charged with delivering an amazing employee experience and ensuring our People & Talent systems, tools, and processes support our growing people and business needs. You will play a critical role in making our people data trustworthy, accessible, and actionable — so that HR leadership and business partners can self-serve confidently without raising a ticket every month.

• Serve as the Workday functional lead for Reporting, People Analytics — owning the design, build, and maintenance of our core reporting layer across all people data domains.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to understand reporting needs, translate them into scalable Workday solutions, and deliver outputs that enable genuine self-service.
• Build and maintain our suite of core recurring reports — headcount, attrition, time-to-fill, span of control, comp ratios — ensuring they are accurate, maintained, and accessible without analyst intervention.

Qualifications

Qualifications

About the Role

Justworks is seeking an Experience Design Manager to lead the Internal Experiences Design team. This team is responsible for the user experiences that bridge our product and our service together. 

You will manage a team of 4 Product Designers focused on delivering seamless, scalable, and compliant experiences. This role requires deep collaboration with peers in Engineering, Product Management, Data and Compliance, as well as close partnership with stakeholders in Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Underwriting.

Qualifications

• You have 7+ years of applicable experience designing services and software experiences, with some experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or regulated domains (e.g. HR, payroll, tax).

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager who brings product thinking to the internal systems that power our Product organization. This is a highly leveraged, builder-oriented role focused on how work gets done – not just what gets built.

You’ll operate across domains (FinTech, Healthcare, HR Tech), partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to identify where friction exists in how we plan, build, and scale. Qualifications
