What you’ll do at Jamf:
At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Product Manager–Observability sits within Jamf's Infrastructure Agile Release Train (ART) and serves as the strategic and operational hub for three closely-related engineering teams: Monitoring, Tracing, and Logging. This is a hybrid role that blends Product Owner execution (backlog health, sprint readiness, team roadmaps) with Project Manager responsibilities (drive work to completion, stakeholder alignment).
The ideal candidate brings a solid technical foundation (enough to engage credibly with engineers, quickly understand the work happening across the Observability stack and some AI experience) but does not need to be a deep Observability specialist on day one. What matters most is the ability to synthesize what three teams are building, connect it to business and customer value, and keep work moving from ideation to delivery.
This role also carries a project management dimension: tracking cross-team dependencies, surfacing risks early, and ensuring that initiatives that span Monitoring, Tracing, and Logging land on time and in good order.
This role is remote in Poland. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland and have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.

What You'll Do at Jamf:
Strategy & Roadmap
- Conduct ongoing discovery to validate priorities and surface emerging needs across Monitoring, Tracing, and Logging.
- Define success criteria for each product initiative and track outcomes through delivery and beyond.
- Stay informed on relevant industry trends in observability tooling and cloud infrastructure to inform forward-looking decisions.
- Drive the AI adoption within the three teams, as well as drive the projects to enable AI-driven workflows of other teams that utilize the observability data.
Backlog & Delivery
- Own and maintain a healthy backlog across all three Observability teams, balancing new feature development, technical investment, and defect resolution.
- Work closely with engineers and tech leads on each team to convert roadmap initiatives into clear backlog items with defined scope and acceptance criteria. (Note: team members will write many of the individual work tickets; this role ensures quality, prioritization, and coherence across the backlog.)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including quarterly planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ART syncs to keep teams aligned and unblocked.
- Communicate release forecasts and associated risks clearly and proactively to stakeholders across the organization.
Cross-Team Coordination & Project Management
- Track dependencies and sequencing across Monitoring, Tracing, and Logging to ensure coordinated delivery of initiatives that span multiple teams.
- Identify and resolve cross-team blockers early; escalate risks before they become delays.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between the Observability teams and other stakeholders including Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Product leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure observability capabilities are meeting internal and external needs.
Stakeholder Communication & Enablement
- Translate technical observability work into clear, business-relevant narratives for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain visibility into each team's progress and surface the right information to the right audiences at the right time.
- Contribute to the broader Product community at Jamf, sharing learnings and helping strengthen product discipline across the portfolio.
- Perform other duties as required and complete all job functions per departmental policies and procedures.
Skills & Requirements:
Required
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Product Owner experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering technical products.
- 2+ years working with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
- Solid technical foundation - comfortable understanding system architecture, cloud infrastructure concepts, and engineering trade-offs; able to engage credibly in technical conversations without needing deep observability expertise on day one.
- Strong project management instincts: able to track multi-team dependencies, manage risk, and drive initiatives to completion across complex environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical work clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable making data-informed decisions under ambiguity.
Preferred
- Experience in Agile quarterly planning activities.
- Familiarity with Observability concepts and tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, or similar) - interest in learning is equally valued.
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP), or Developer Productivity platforms.
- Experience using AI to synthesize data in a Product or Project role.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience working in or alongside SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps teams.
- Exposure to SaaS product management and understanding of technical lifecycle management

Senior Product Manager – Mobile Forensics & Android Platform Strategy
Two greenfield mandates. One role.
You'll build Mobile Forensics from the ground up - positioning it, launching it, and owning its trajectory as a standalone product in a market where mobile security demand is surging. At the same time, you'll drive strategic parity between iOS and Android across Jamf's enterprise platform, aligning our Android roadmap with OEM partners and closing feature gaps that enterprise customers are asking about right now.
This isn't a role where you learn the domain on the job. You bring real depth in mobile security, threat defense, or endpoint management - and you understand iOS and Android security architectures, threat models, and investigative capabilities well enough to make sharp product calls without waiting for someone to translate the technical landscape for you.
You'll report directly to the Director of PM, lead a team of PMs and/or Product Owners, and operate across multiple roadmaps - setting direction with engineering, strategy, and stakeholders while shaping the external message with Product Marketing. High visibility, real ownership.
Jamf has the platform and the customer trust. We need someone who can turn that into two product wins at once.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals, customer needs, and market demands.
- Conduct in-depth market research and customer interviews to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights to inform technical and non-technical product decisions.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, architects, engineering teams, and designers, to gather and document high level product (functional and nonfunction) requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technology stack, architecture, and technical constraints of the product to make informed requirements & prioritization decisions
- Work closely with product owners design teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development lifecycle
- Design, organize, and improve early testing programs to gather feedback and limit critical issues before feature release
- Lead best practices for continuously monitoring product performance, gathering user feedback, and analyzing data to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
- Practice and coach agile methodologies to keep the roadmap adaptable and responsive to changing requirements.
- Identify potential roadblocks and mitigate risks early on. Be a proactive problem solver, preventing costly delays and ensuring a smooth development journey.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional go-to-market teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and operations, to drive customer satisfaction and business impacts with coordinated product delivery.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and ensure product compliance as required.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned areas of responsibility by frequently communicating with customers and stakeholders in order to serve as the voice of customer
- Maintain relationships with large strategic customers and meet with them on a regular basis to provide updates/trends/hear their concerns & bring back to larger PM group.
- Manage, coach and mentor Product Owners and/or Product Managers
What we are looking for:

- Minimum of 5 years as a product leader, either operating as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a proven track record of successfully bringing Saas products to market.
- Minimum of 3 years managing or leading people, preferably Product Owners and/or Product Managers.

Jamf is looking for a Product Owner to take the reins of two teams that have been waiting for dedicated product leadership. One builds Jamf Insights, a customer-facing SaaS portal for Managed Service Providers. The other team manages Jamf Elevate (the web app portion) alongside with UI frameworks used in all Jamf web apps.
You won't shadow anyone - both teams need someone who can step in, own the backlog, make prioritization calls, and drive PI planning within our Global Experience ART from day one. You'll work with engineers across the UK and the Czech Republic in a mature SAFe environment, bridging business strategy and technical execution across two very different domains. It's a rare setup that builds the kind of breadth that leads to Senior PO and Product Manager roles. And the mission matters: Jamf is the market leader in Apple enterprise management, and these teams directly shape how thousands of organizations manage millions of devices.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Collaborates with engineering teams and stakeholders to create and maintain the
- Product Backlog by continuously defining user stories, prioritizing backlog items, and evaluating scope
- Maintains accurate records of development status and backlog priorities in project tracking software (e.g. Jira)
- Directs and inspires one or more engineering teams to build the most valuable product, in the smallest shippable increments, with measurable high quality, to fulfill Jamf’s vision
- Defines acceptance criteria for each assigned product increment and validates outcomes during and after delivery
- Works with Product Managers and Engineering team(s) to break down work into increments small enough to plan and estimate with high confidence
- Defines Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and suggests metrics for monitoring and usage
- Understand the technology stack, architecture, and technical constraints of the product to make informed decisions and guide development efforts.
- Documents and Guides technical integrations and dependencies
- Acts as the final decision maker to define what is in and out of scope for a product sprint
- Identifies and communicates the risks to their product development plans
- Participates in Scrum ceremonies and events
- Leads and maintains knowledge in assigned areas of responsibility by frequently communicating with customers and stakeholders in order to serve as the voice of customer for engineering teams
- Participates in efforts to improve Product operations, collaborating with Product Managers and Product Leadership
- Participate in cross portfolio collaboration to develop, deliver and maintain software in working with senior stakeholders in both product and engineering.
