About This Role:
The Associate Director, Global Medical Operations provides operational oversight within Global Medical Affairs and partners closely with global and regional medical teams. This role supports the planning and execution of key medical activities, including global advisory boards, global congress activities, medical insights infrastructure, grants and giving governance, external expert engagement, digital medical solutions, and key internal medical meetings.
This is a hands-on, execution focused role that ensures seamless coordination and high-quality delivery across Medical Operations. About This Role:
As part of the pharmacovigilance operations team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day vendor oversight of our post marketing PV vendor, ensuring the highest quality information is provided in a timely manner. In partnership with the US Head of Pharmacovigilance/Local Safety Officer, ensures that appropriate pharmacovigilance (PV) systems and processes are in place for the US organization in alignment with the global and local PV strategy and requirements.

ITF’s Staff Accountant will work directly with the Senior Accounting Manager to manage the day-to-day accounting activities for the company. This role will include involvement in all aspects of the monthly close process, as well as process improvement, audits, and the development of standardized workflows. This role is central to maintaining the integrity of financial data and providing insights that help guide business decisions. This role will be hybrid.

You will oversee data leadership, the commercial data warehouse, master data management (MDM), and specialty pharmacy data processes.
