What You Will Do:

• Culinary Excellence: Execute our menu with precision across Prep, Fry, Sauté, and Grill stations.

• Maintain the Standard: Uphold IGC’s high standards for freshness, cleanliness, and organization.

• Safety First: Follow all State and County food safety/Health Department standards.

• Collaborate: Maintain open communication with the expeditor and the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Solve & Support: Identify food quality issues before they reach the table and assist teammates to ensure a guest-focused operation.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience: At least 1 year of BOH | Culinary experience in a high volume or premium environment.

• Knowledge: A strong understanding of ingredients, recipes, and preparation methods.

Server

Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is seeking an experienced and driven individual for our server position. We’re looking for someone who is a service focused multi-tasker, with strong guest service skills, who is committed to providing a high-quality dining experience to our customers.

Server Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers by taking their orders, make recommendations, provide them with accurate bills, serve them food and drinks, process payments, and supply them with whatever they need in a timely manner.
• Handle multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.
• Communicate orders clearly with the bar staff and kitchen.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items, such as straws, napkins, etc.
• Check identification to ensure customers are the proper age to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Server Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in serving.
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.
• A friendly, attentive attitude.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food.
• Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol.
• A passion for providing customers with high-quality service.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws.
• Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Bartender

IGC is seeking a bright mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends. For our bartender position, we're looking for a candidate who takes pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day at the office.

Bartender Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Bartender Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in bartending.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays.

Host/Hostess

Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC Is seeking an experienced and driven individual for our Host position. We’re looking for someone who is a service focused multi-tasker, with strong guest service skills, who is committed to providing a high-quality experience to our patrons.

Host/Hostess Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent initial experience to patrons by greeting them and guiding them to their table in a very gracious manner
• Provide patrons with menus and answer any initial questions they may have
• Coordinate with server staff to ensure timely greeting of patrons
• Optimize dining room seating and coordinate with server and bar staff to ensure even and fair workload
• Answer phone and assist with reservation requests and questions
• Assist with member shop sales
• Maintain a clean reception area

Host/Hostess Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Host / Host Experience at a fine dining restaurant
• Ability to walk / stand for long hours.
• Exemplifies a history of service excellence
• Extremely personable and have excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
• Available to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends
