The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager on our team will help shape and execute our performance marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how people discover and engage with our ed-tech services. Your work will directly support client acquisition and revenue goals as you test new platforms, analyze performance, and stay current with the rapidly evolving digital landscape. You’ll contribute to building a high-velocity, data-driven engine to acquire, activate, and engage clients.
Working closely with the Director of Performance Marketing and our co-founders while collaborating across teams, you’ll support go-to-market initiatives that drive client acquisition and strengthen how we reach our audience through paid media, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization.
This role requires strong analytical abilities, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on execution across paid media and website performance.
This is an in-person role that requires 5 days a week attendance in our NYC office (Gramercy)

The targeted pay range for this role is: $90,000-$120,000. The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Lifecycle Marketing to drive acquisition and engagement across our portfolio of brands. In this role, you’ll own our full CRM communication strategy by optimizing engagement with existing contacts while expanding our email list and driving more free consultations.
You’ll lead campaign execution, A/B testing, and personalization efforts, supported by a CRM Manager, to maximize performance without compromising brand integrity. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to refine our push notification strategy and deepen app engagement.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a data-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in platforms like Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot, and a passion for continuous experimentation. You’re comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution and enjoy working cross-functionally with Sales, SEO, Performance Marketing, Online Events, Customer Success, and Social Media teams to launch programs that deliver results.

Inspira Education Group is searching for a Head of Online Events to build and scale one of the most powerful growth engines in our company. This is not a “run a few webinars” role—this is your chance to architect a category-defining events machine that shapes how tens of thousands of students and parents experience our brand.
You’ll own the entire ecosystem—from creative vision and content strategy to flawless production, promotion, measurement, and team building.
For the first 2–3 months, you’ll be in the cockpit yourself: hosting events, crafting decks, talking to consultants, learning our audience inside out, and building the operational backbone. Then you’ll shift into building a team and scaling the volume, sophistication, and impact of our events across multiple brands.
