About the Role
Reporting directly to the CRO, the SVP of Measurement Sales is responsible for driving company-wide revenue growth and leading a multi-layered sales organization. This role oversees a team of Vice Presidents of Sales, who in turn manage teams of 6–7 sellers each. The SVP will set the overarching sales strategy, ensure consistent execution across regions, and scale a high-performing organization. This leader will also play a critical role in executive-level client relationships, cross-functional alignment, and long-term growth planning.
Your daily impact as an SVP, Measurement Sales
- Lead and develop a team of VP-level sales leaders, scaling a high-performing, multi-layered organization with a specific focus on measurement sales
- Own and deliver against company-wide revenue targets, including strategy, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
- Define and execute national and regional sales strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and new revenue opportunities
- Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability across all levels of the sales organization
- Drive operational excellence across forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and sales processes
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships while supporting strategic deals and market-facing initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategy and drive full lifecycle growth
Experience and Expertise
- 12–15+ years of experience in digital/media/measurement ad tech sales
- 5+ years managing leaders (VP-level or equivalent)
- Proven track record of scaling and leading multi-layered sales organizations
- Experience managing VPs overseeing teams of 6–7 sellers
- Strong relationships with agencies and client-direct partners
- Consistent history of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environments
- Executive leadership and strategic thinking
- Strong forecasting, analytics, and operational discipline
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach and develop leaders at multiple levels
- Results-driven with a focus on accountability and performance
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in CRM systems, G-Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington and Massachusetts, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $250,000 -$295,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits. About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will help accelerate critical revenue-generating deals for our high-performing sales and partnerships teams. You’ll manage our end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, and will work with the rest of the legal team to design and implement efficient and scalable legal operations projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Additionally, you will play a critical part in enabling the InMarket legal team to provide quick, efficient, and excellent support for our business.
Your daily impact as a Contracts Manager
- Manage the full contract lifecycle—from intake and drafting through negotiation, execution, and renewal
- Draft, review, negotiate, and redline a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, NDAs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements)
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and Finance to drive timely deal execution
- Own processes to track key agreement terms, material obligations, and renewal timelines to ensure we honor our commitments and manage potential risks
- Improve and scale contract workflows, templates, and playbooks, and champion the thoughtful implementation of automation and AI tools
- Own and optimize the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system
- Track and report on actionable legal metrics
- Assist with corporate governance projects, entity management, and maintaining legal records
- Support compliance initiatives, particularly in the critical areas of privacy, security and data protection
Your Experience & Expertise
- 3–6+ years of experience as contracts manager, paralegal, or legal operations specialist (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- Experience in adtech, SaaS, or technology companies preferred
- Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts and contract negotiation processes
- Familiarity with the legal frameworks and agreement provisions relevant to data privacy and digital advertising
- Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Adobe Sign)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, tracking and driving pending tasks through to completion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training
- Experience working remotely to support a distributed team
- Familiarity with implementing and managing legal tech/process automation solutions
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, ad measurement, and related privacy/data processing agreements
