We are seeking a highly skilled security engineer who excels at implementing and fixing security issues across software and cloud, building automation, and executing complex technical projects. As a Product Security Engineer, you will be a technical expert who delivers production-ready technology solutions, solves the hardest problems, and performs deep technical security assessments that directly strengthen the security of our products. What You'll Do
- Implement complex security solutions, including Cloud and SaaS security, and service account protections, and Application Security.
- Build production-ready security automation using Python or Java to scale security operations and reduce manual toil
- Execute security projects from requirements through deployment with minimal guidance, delivering high-quality results on time
- Troubleshoot complex security issues in production environments, conducting deep technical analysis and implementing fixes quickly
- Implement GKE security controls
- Build and maintain cloud security infrastructure using Terraform
- Configure GCP security services such as VPC Service Controls, Private Service Connect, Cloud Armor policies, IAM roles, and Secret Manager
- Execute API security assessments by conducting security reviews, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing remediation
- Execute vulnerability remediation workflows for application, container, Cloud, and SaaS vulnerabilities within defined SLAs
- Build security dashboards and reporting to track vulnerability MTTR, security control effectiveness, and false positive rates
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years in security and/or software engineering, with focus on implementation and execution
- 5+ years of hands-on programming in Python or Java with demonstrated ability to build production-quality security tooling and automation
- 3+ years of hands-on GCP experience including GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, Secret Manager, and security services
- Container / mesh networks (GKE, Docker, Kubernetes security, image scanning, Binary Authorization, SBOM)
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency (Terraform preferred) for deploying and maintaining security infrastructure
- Troubleshooting expertise with ability to debug complex issues in production cloud environments
Preferred Qualifications
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification
- OSCP or comparable hands-on offensive-security certifications (e.g., OSEP, GXPN, PNPT) demonstrating strong adversarial reasoning and exploit-focused problem-solving capability.
- Experience with offensive-security methodologies (e.g., understanding attack chains, exploitation fundamentals, or red-team tooling) applied to defensive engineering contexts

ID.me is looking for an Fraud Investigations Analyst to join our organization as an execution-focused individual contributor. This role centers on investigating account takeover (ATO) activity, analyzing fraud signals, and supporting detection efforts that protect millions of users.
We are seeking someone who goes beyond basic case handling and can analyze trends, identify patterns across multiple accounts, and leverage data to inform investigations. As an Analyst, you will work across fraud detection tools, datasets, and risk systems to uncover coordinated fraud activity and contribute to improving detection capabilities.

Position Summary
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration, analysis, and support of employee benefit programs including health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations, provides employee support and education, and partners with HR, vendors, and leadership to deliver competitive and compliant benefits programs.
In addition to operational excellence, this role plays a critical part in modernizing and automating benefits delivery. This individual will partner across HR, IT, Payroll, and vendors to leverage AI, automation, and self-service technology to streamline processes, reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration
- Administers group health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs.
- Manages enrollments, changes, terminations, and life event updates in HRIS and vendor systems, identifying manual processes and implementing automated solutions.
- Directs benefits orientations and leads open enrollment planning and execution, incorporating digital tools, automated workflows, and scalable communication strategies.
- Conducts regular audits of payroll deductions and reconciles benefit invoices, implementing automated controls where possible.
- Identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline benefits processes, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy.
Employee Support & Communication
- Serves as primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries while actively building and curating a robust knowledge base and self-service portal to resolve Tier-0/1 questions and issues instantly.
- Designs and maintains intuitive resources including benefits guides, FAQs, decision-support tools, and AI-enabled assistance where applicable.
- Provides guidance on eligibility, coverage options, claims issues, and leave policies for Tier-2+ level inquiries.
- Develops and distributes employee communications and benefits education materials.
- Oversees administration of employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leave programs, etc.), implementing automated tracking and communication workflows to reduce administrative burden.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA).
- Directs annual compliance activities including 5500 filings and required notices.
- Leads nondiscrimination testing and benefits audits, leveraging system capabilities for reporting efficiency.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation while implementing process controls that reduce compliance risk through automation and system configuration.
Vendor & Technology Management
- Serves as liaison between employees and benefits providers while optimizing vendor integrations and service models.
- Directs vendor implementation activities, issue resolution, and service performance reviews.
- Evaluates plan performance and renewal data and provides recommendations based on analytics and cost modeling.
- Partners with vendors and internal teams to implement AI-enabled solutions and improve self-service tools, integrations, and automation to enhance benefits delivery and operational efficiency.
HR Operations & Total Rewards Support
- Provides flexible, cross-functional support across HR operations initiatives (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, immigration, data audit and retention), stepping in where needed to ensure continuity, efficiency, and a high-quality employee experience.
- Partners with Total Rewards to provide administrative and coordination support for our compensation programs and gain exposure to compensation practices, tools, and policies.
- Experiments with emerging technologies to enhance data management, reporting, and process standardization across HR operations.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, ideally within a high-growth, multi-state organization
- Demonstrated passion for and experience with HR automation, AI tools, or implementing self-service models.
- Strong working knowledge of Section 125, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws
- Experience managing LOA programs, including coordination with third-party administrators.
- Experience managing benefits in a scalable HRIS environment (UKG strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive issue resolution and operational improvements.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills balanced with a systems-first, self-service mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with no-code/low-code tools or AI prompt engineering.

Role Overview
ID.me is looking for a Senior Fraud Investigations Analyst to join our organization as an execution-focused individual contributor. This role is responsible for leading investigations into account takeover (ATO) activity, identifying fraud patterns at scale, and strengthening detection strategies.
We are seeking a highly skilled analyst who can independently analyze large datasets, uncover coordinated fraud campaigns, and drive improvements in detection systems. This role requires moving beyond case-by-case investigation into trend analysis, signal development, and data-driven decision making.
This role is based out of our McLean, VA office and requires full-time in-office attendance.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex account takeover (ATO) investigations, including multi-account and organized fraud activity
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, or similar tools to identify trends, anomalies, and attack patterns

ID.me is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Security Assurance to serve as the operational backbone of our external compliance programs. You will co-own the end-to-end lifecycle of controls, policies, and program-specific documentation for FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, with additional contributions to Kantara accreditation.

This role is a technologist that focuses on solving GRC domain problems with automation and AI.. You will write code and build tooling to scale GRC capabilities and reduce the compliance burden..
