Position Overview

The SkillBridge participant will support Hypori’s Marketing team, focusing on content development and thought leadership in the cybersecurity and secure mobility space. This role provides hands-on experience creating high-impact content across blogs, executive ghostwriting, social media, and long-form assets. 

The participant will gain exposure to key industry topics including zero trust architecture, BYOD, user privacy, and compliance, while helping translate complex security concepts into clear, compelling content for enterprise and government audiences.

Training Objectives

• Develop a strong understanding of cybersecurity topics including zero trust, BYOD, mobile threats, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, CMMC)  

• Learn how to translate technical concepts into accessible, engaging content  

• Build experience in executive ghostwriting and thought leadership development  

• Strengthen writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and brand voice  

• Gain familiarity with content marketing strategy, including blogs, social, and long-form assets

 Key Responsibilities / Activities

• Write and edit blog posts for Hypori and executive thought leadership  

• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and articles for executives  

• Research and develop weekly cybersecurity news recaps for the “Stern Alerts” series  

• Support development of long-form content such as whitepapers, tip sheets, and reports  

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency with brand voice  

• Conduct research on emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and industry developments  

• Assist in developing longer-form social content (e.g., LinkedIn Articles)  

• Collaborate with marketing and subject matter experts to shape content narratives 

• Help identity topics for upcoming content pieces as well as assist with managing the company’s corporate content development calendar  

Training Timeline

Phase 1: Onboarding (Weeks 1–3) 

• Introduction to Hypori platform, product lines, and key differentiators

Position Overview 

Hypori’s People Team is looking for a SkillBridge participant who already has a people operations foundation and is ready to put it to work — fast. This is not an entry-level learning experience; it’s an opportunity to step into a real contributor role, help iterate on existing programs and processes, and make a tangible impact on a small, high-performing team. The participant will work directly with the Head of People in a fully remote environment, supporting day-to-day operations, benefits administration, and people programs with genuine ownership from week one.

• Ability to work remotely during EST to PST business hours

 Key Responsibilities

• Own new hire onboarding workflows including documentation, system provisioning, and HRIS coordination in BambooHR 

• Manage benefits administration tasks: enrollment tracking, employee inquiries, and vendor coordination with Fidelity, Cigna, Flores, and Bennie 

• Maintain and improve people team documentation, compliance records, and internal knowledge in Confluence 

• Drive assigned people programs and culture initiatives — from planning through execution 

• Support offboarding logistics, exit documentation, and compliance tracking — with an eye toward process improvement 

 12-Week Plan

Phase 1: Orientation (Week 1) 

• Get oriented to Hypori’s systems, tools, and how the People Team operates 

• Review active priorities, get access to everything, and begin identifying where you can contribute 

• Ask questions, observe, and come prepared with a point of view 

Phase 2: Full Contribution (Weeks 2–9) 

• Begin taking on real responsibilities early — onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and documentation 

• Ramp into benefits administration and start fielding employee inquiries with increasing independence 

• Step into active people programs and culture work with growing ownership and accountability 

• Surface ideas and iterate on existing processes — don’t just maintain, improve 

• Bring your perspective and drive work forward proactively 

 Phase 3: Deliver & Hand Off (Weeks 10–12) 

• Lead and complete a defined deliverable — an improved process, a program, or a documentation overhaul

• Document your contributions so they live on, and transition any ongoing work cleanly

This is a builder role with a clear mandate: own and scale Hypori's ABM motion into the cybersecurity buyer. The Director of Account-Based Marketing will take ownership of Hypori's ABM program end-to-end — from ICP segmentation and account selection through pipeline influence and closed-won attribution — with a primary focus on cybersecurity decision-makers (CISO, CSO, Head of Security Engineering, Head of Endpoint/Mobile Security, Head of Zero Trust, Head of Insider Risk) inside Financial Services and Healthcare enterprises. This role requires hands-on execution across a modern ABM tool stack, the ability to operate in a resource-constrained environment, and a bias toward pipeline outcomes over activity metrics. The right candidate moves fast, instruments everything, and iterates based on signal, not opinion.

Responsibilities 

• Partner with sales on the account selection model and tiering framework (T1/T2/T3) across all GTM segments — with cybersecurity buying centers in Financial Services and Healthcare as the priority — and maintain alignment with AEs and segment pod leads 

• Design and execute multi-channel ABM plays tailored by tier, persona, and buying stage, including direct mail, paid social, content syndication, executive outreach sequences, and security-community sponsorships (RSA, Black Hat, FS-ISAC, H-ISAC, Gartner Security & Risk) 

• Lead bespoke, senior-led engagement for Tier 1 cybersecurity accounts (top 50 banks, top 25 health systems and payers, large DIB primes, Federal agencies); deploy sequenced automation for Tier 2 and Tier 3 coverage 

• Own and operate the ABM tool stack (Clay, ZoomInfo, Gong Engage, G2, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, 6sense/Demandbase as relevant) including enrichment flows, intent-trigger sequences (zero trust, BYOD, mobile security, insider risk, post-breach), and account scoring 

• Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing and Product Marketing Director to ensure ABM plays are backed by persona-specific content for the security buyer; surface gaps and brief copy needs across battle cards, one-pagers, and vertical assets for FinServ and Healthcare 

• Champion compliance-driven urgency (HIPAA, HITRUST, NYDFS Part 500, FFIEC, PCI-DSS, GLBA, CMMC) as a primary conversion lever; ensure messaging reflects the regulatory and breach-driven buying pressure inside cybersecurity teams 

• Own ABM pipeline attribution (influenced, sourced, and accelerated) and deliver weekly and monthly reporting tied to segment ARR targets, with a dedicated cybersecurity / FinServ / Healthcare cut 

• Define and document the handoff model between marketing-owned Tier 1 outreach and SDR-executed Tier 2/3 sequences; train SDRs on cybersecurity buyer context, security-aware messaging discipline, and CRM compliance 

• Manage the ABM budget with a pipeline-to-spend lens; recommend, justify, and kill spend based on performance data without escalation 

• Continuously evaluate and introduce tools, signals, and methodologies (CISO communities, dark-web breach signals, regulatory action triggers) that improve account penetration, engagement velocity, and pipeline conversion 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications a plus 

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years directly owning and operating an ABM program, not just supporting one 

• Cybersecurity industry experience required — demonstrated success marketing security software, SaaS, or platform offerings to CISO and security-leader buying centers 

• Vertical experience in Financial Services and/or Healthcare strongly preferred — understands the regulatory drivers, buying committees, and procurement realities in these verticals 

• Demonstrated experience building account tiering models, engagement plays, and pipeline attribution frameworks from the ground up 

• Hands-on experience with Clay, ZoomInfo, or equivalent enrichment and orchestration tooling in a production GTM environment 

• Proven pipeline attribution methodology, not just campaign or MQL reporting 

• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks relevant to FinServ and Healthcare (HIPAA, HITRUST, NYDFS Part 500, FFIEC, PCI-DSS, GLBA, SOC 2) and to Federal/Defense (CMMC, FedRAMP, ITAR) is a strong plus 

• Proficient in ABM platform tooling including intent signal platforms (G2, Bombora, 6sense), LinkedIn Matched Audiences, and sequencing tools (Gong Engage, Outreach, or equivalent) 

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and account-level attribution reporting 

• Comfortable operating without a team beneath them at the outset; able to build, execute, and report independently while headcount scales with performance 

• MEDDPICC fluency or equivalent enterprise qualification methodology a plus 

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align messaging, coverage models, and pipeline goals 

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate ABM performance data into clear, executive-ready reporting 

Pay range:

• $160,000 - $180,000 USD + 20% Bonus

Overview:

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure platforms with an emphasis on Kubernetes- and EC2- based workloads and native cloud services using Infrastructure as Code principles. This role requires a solid understanding of SecDevOps processes and tooling, strong experience in building up Infrastructure As code, strong experience in building Cloud based solutions, some understanding of securing Cloud based solutions, solid experience in automating, deploying and maintaining SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and support Hypori platforms for product development and customers

Overview: 
We are looking for a Staff Scalability Engineer with expertise in Cloud systems (preferably AWS) to lead optimization, monitoring, and tuning our existing cloud infrastructure.  You will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing changes to our application’s infrastructure and architecture to improve platform availability and scalability. This role will work across multiple, small, cross-functional engineering groups to help our application meet rapidly growing, global demand.    

Responsibilities: 

• Lead capacity planning, autoscaling, and performance optimization across our application. 

• Define and enforce best practices for scalability, reliability, observability, and infrastructure resilience. 

• Conduct architectural reviews and propose improvements to enhance performance and cost efficiency. 

• Partner with engineering teams on the implementation of micro service infrastructure (API gateways, containerization strategies, etc.) with an eye toward data contract and scalability best practices. 
• Implement and improve metrics systems to diagnose performance bottlenecks using modern tooling (e.g., CloudWatch, X-Ray, OpenTelemetry, Splunk). 
• Partner with engineering teams to help enforce SLOs/SLAs. 
• Lead incident response initiatives for high-severity cloud infrastructure issues. 
• Provide solutions to enable production teams to measure and predict cloud costs against resource utilization. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimal 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles. 

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field, or commensurate experience.. 

• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation). 

• Deep familiarity with AWS native services, particularly: ECS, EC2, EKS, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, KMS, RDS and LZA configuration. 

• Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and service mesh technologies. 

• Strong scripting / automation experience (Python, Bash, Go, or similar). 

• Experience in designing or using profiling tools and performance test frameworks (e.g. AppDynamics, Jaeger, VisualVM, etc.).
