Location: This position is remote within Colombia
Huge has built a clear point of view on how great managers operate and has a robust structure to enable great leadership. We are looking to build our local-OD presence in Colombia to help managers fully internalize and apply our global philosophies in the specific cultural context they're working in.
That's this role.
You'll partner closely with the SVP, OD&E and other peers in OD&E and Talent to extend Huge's existing frameworks into Colombia-specific programming. This role is focused on doing the hard, contextual work of making our models land in a market where feedback, role seniority, and development conversations carry different weight. You'll design the programming, deliver it in person, coach managers through real moments, and over time, measure its effectiveness. Beyond this, you’ll bring expertise in talent analytics to the global Talent team to advance our talent analytics capabilities.
Ideally, this role is based in Bogotá as it requires meaningful in-person presence with the teams and managers there, as well as virtually for our employee population in Medellín and throughout Colombia.
