The Manager, Visual Merchandising and Store Design (VMSD) Operations is responsible for driving the operational execution of Visual Merchandising and Store Design initiatives across global retail locations. This role will support the milestone tracking, project management, trafficking, coordination, and execution of product launches across retail touch points. This role’s core emphasis will be the project management of secondary product placements across global retail channels while simultaneously owning seasonal updates for permanent fixtures in our North America Flagship store, Global Countertop Units, and select shop-in-shops. This role will also manage the approval timelines and deliverables associated with VMSD projects in China (SIS, FSS, Sephora). The Manager, VMSD Operations will partner closely with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Creative, Trade/Product Marketing, Operations and external vendor partners. This is an exciting new, pivotal position on our team that ensures product launches meet timelines, budget requirements, and brand standards as the business continues to grow globally.

The Senior Design Director, Visual Merchandising & Store Design (VM/SD) will lead the global 3D design team and play a key role in the development of brand architectural and visual merchandising concepts across retail formats. Hourglass’ digital ecosystem is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a self-motivated, analytically minded, and creatively curious Growth Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of Hourglass’ global paid media efforts for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail environments. Working closely with the Senior Director and Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to full-funnel acquisition initiatives – responsibilities include but not limited to media planning, performance analysis, and new media channel explorations.
Experience with or at a media agency is preferred, as is familiarity with media buying across Paid Social channels (ex: Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest) and Paid Search (ex: Google). Use of Google Analytics (and/or other analytics platform) to glean data-driven insights to inform your marketing strategy will be highly regarded. Superior communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and confidence in working with stakeholders at varying levels, are essential.
