The Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) is a not-for-profit corporation designated by the provincial government of Ontario to administer and enforce the New Home Construction Licensing Act, 2017, and its associated regulations. Our mission is to uphold professional standards among licensed builders, protect the public interest, and enhance consumer confidence in Ontario's homebuilding industry.
