What You’ll Do

As a GSOC Operator, you will:

• Represent and display the HiveWatch core principles of customer service and professionalism
• Utilize multiple software platforms and technologies to answer routine and emergency calls, monitor access control alerts and video feeds, open source threat intelligence, and information from mass-communication tools. Dispatch/notify security officers, maintenance, and liaise with emergency 911 centers
• Be able to prioritize and make decisions under stress
• Maintain various records of communications and events in a concise manner
• Work collaboratively with HiveWatch’s and clients’ leadership teams to prepare for, respond to, and recover from all incidents and crisis events that may impact our customers, including their  personnel, property, business operations or brand
• Communicate and disseminate information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best practices
• Take an active role in position-related projects and utilize experience and judgment to contribute to the on-going evaluation and improvement of operations and systems. 
• Maintain composure during critical incidents and emergencies.
• Comply with all HiveWatch rules and guidelines, to include safety rules and guidelines, and maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong written and verbal communications skills across various platforms (email, slack, phone, etc.)
• Ability to generate concise reports from verbal or written sources

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience working with or in a communications or operations center, or other related role
• Must be willing to learn unfamiliar technical systems
• Must have availability for overnight shift work
• Strong customer service/interpersonal skills, especially during times of crisis
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone)
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement, and maintain confidentiality at all times  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon the extension of a conditional employment offer

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We are seeking Operators and Supervisors (depending on experience) for our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). 

Operators are responsible for proactively supporting multiple clients in diverse locations through the use of best-in-class technology for emergency and non-emergency security operators, incoming call triage, event dispatching, and event-driven notification services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In an emergency situations, the HiveWatch GSOC directs and coordinates assistance and support for its clients by providing technical and advisory assistance for the performance of essential operational services; the escalation of  of identified security events, and is the central communication intake point for management, control, and reduction of immediate threats to health and safety.

Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the GSOC, ensuring team efficiency and proper processes to provide proactive security monitoring, emergency response coordination, and critical event management. The GSOC Supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency, enhancing security protocols, and creating a culture of professionalism and exceptional customer service. This role requires leadership, decision-making under pressure, and collaboration with clients, security personnel, and emergency responders to protect people, assets, and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary point of escalation for critical incidents, ensuring appropriate response actions are taken and documented accurately.
• Conduct regular training, briefings, and performance evaluations for GSOC personnel to enhance operational capabilities and professional development.
• Manage and coordinate response efforts during security incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations, providing clear guidance and decision-making support.
• Lead by example - display the HiveWatch core principles of customer service and professionalism.
• Lead, mentor, and support GSOC Operators in executing their duties, ensuring adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee security monitoring operations, which may include use of video surveillance, access control systems, open-source intelligence gathering, and mass communication tools.
• Facilitate effective communication between the GSOC, security teams, law enforcement, emergency responders, and key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of incidents, communications, and security events in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance GSOC efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HiveWatch policies, including confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years experience working with or in a communications or operations center, or other related role. 
• Must be willing to learn unfamiliar technical systems
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and manage high-stress situations effectively.
• Strong customer service/interpersonal skills, especially during times of crisis
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone)

Additional Qualifications for Supervisors:

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and direction to a team.
• Strong understanding of security technology platforms, including video surveillance, access control, incident management, and communication tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications for Operators and Supervisors:

• Experience working with emergency responders, corporate security teams, and crisis management frameworks.
• Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, etc.)

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Operators are paid hourly between $23.00/hour - $29.00/hour; Supervisors are paid salaried between $70,500- $75,000. Leveling and compensation are determined based on level of experience.

About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers during a critical growth phase for HiveWatch. This role will be full-time and in-person at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA.

As a Customer Success Manager at HiveWatch, you'll own a $3M+ book of business spanning 10-20 mid-market and enterprise accounts with annual contract values ranging from $200K to $1M+. You'll be responsible for driving customer retention, platform adoption, expansion opportunities, and delivering program insights that help your customers maximize the value of HiveWatch's AI-powered physical security platform.

This is a high-impact role on a fast-growing team. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to service strategic accounts, work hand-in-hand with Implementation to ensure seamless onboarding, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Adoption & Retention 

• Own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, driving 90%+ retention, NRR growth, and customer satisfaction across your book of business
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, building relationships across stakeholder levels to align on value and long-term success
• Drive platform adoption and measurable ROI by monitoring customer health, identifying risk, and executing proactive lifecycle touchpoints
• Partner with Account Executives to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Customer Advocacy & Cross-functional Collaboration 

• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for customer needs and translating feedback into actionable input for Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Support teams to drive seamless customer experiences across the full lifecycle
• Build customer advocates and generate references, case studies, and testimonials that support go-to-market efforts

Foundational Process & Playbook Building

• Build and refine scalable CS processes, playbooks, and operational rhythms that define how HiveWatch delivers customer success as the team grows
• Maintain accurate customer health, engagement, and renewal data to support visibility and decision-making across the business

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies
• Proven track record managing mid-market to enterprise customers with deal sizes of $100K+ ACV
• Demonstrated success driving customer retention, renewals, and platform adoption in complex SaaS environments
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn complex software products; experience working with cloud-based solutions that integrate with on-premise hardware is a plus
• Proficiency with Salesforce and modern Customer Success platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, Totango, or similar)
• Strong data analysis skills; comfortable using Excel, building dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from end-users to C-suite executives

• Prior startup experience or demonstrated interest in working at a high-growth startup with clear rationale for why you're drawn to this environment
• Experience managing customer portfolios of $3M+ ARR
• Background working with Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers
• Familiarity with AI-powered products or platforms
• Track record of identifying and surfacing expansion opportunities that resulted in measurable revenue growth
• Experience building or contributing to Customer Success processes and playbooks in a scaling organization

Success Metrics:

• Customer Retention: Own retention, customer outcomes, and identifying expansion opportunities in partnership with the AE
• Customer Health & Platform Usage: Maintain strong customer health scores and drive measurable increases in platform adoption and feature utilization

• Base salary range: $120K-$145K USD per year

The Role

We're seeking a Physical Security Systems Engineer to join our team as a forward deployed resource embedded at AT&T's headquarters in Dallas, TX. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge security technology and enterprise-scale deployment, serving as a dedicated technical resource in Global Workplace Solutions Shared Services supporting AT&T's Global Physical Security infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Work with various AT&T stakeholders to help deploy, manage, and optimize physical security systems at enterprise scale.

• Serve as the primary HiveWatch technical resource on-site, collaborating daily with AT&T's Global Real Estate, Global Security, and relevant IT teams and business unit stakeholders.

• Provide consultative oversight regarding the design and implementation of physical security integrations across cloud-based access control, video management systems, visitor management platforms, and other physical security technologies.

• Help troubleshoot complex technical issues spanning multiple security systems to facilitate interoperability and connectivity to the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).

What You Bring

Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing physical security systems in enterprise environments
• Deep technical knowledge of modern physical security technologies:
• Cloud-based access control systems, mobile credentials, biometrics, turnstiles, etc.
• Cloud and hybrid video management systems and associated camera infrastructure
• Visitor management systems and integration to access control
• Integration platforms and APIs for physical security systems
• Proven track record of large-scale system deployments and migrations
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a customer environment

Your buyers are GSOC directors, physical security leaders, risk management executives, and operations leaders; any decision-makers who are responsible for protecting people, assets, and brands at scale. 

Deal Profile:

• Average Deal Size: $250,000, 7 figure contracts not uncommon 
• Average Sales Cycle: 6 months (often times complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales)
• Annual Quota: $1.2M - $1.5M
• Deal Structure: May involve a paid pilot, you can expect technical evaluations, and executive sign-off across security, IT, and procurement

Current Team:

You'll be joining a team of 8 Enterprise Account Executives, with plans to expand the team rapidly over the next year with a shared SDR resource. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• 6+ years experience in direct software sales role
• Proven track record navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals at companies with 1,000+ employees
• Experience selling SaaS products, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B services
• Comfortable running full end to end sales cycles

About the Role:

You'll own the accounting operations and technical compliance for a high-growth SaaS company as we scale from Series B to profitability and beyond. This isn't about just closing the books each month—you'll be implementing systems, establishing processes, and ensuring our technical accounting is audit-ready while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Close & Financial Integrity

• Own the month-end close calendar, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting with clear variance explanations
• Maintain a clean general ledger and supporting schedules, including cash, AP/AR, deferred revenue, accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets
• Drive continuous improvement in close speed and accuracy through standardized processes, templates, and documentation
• Prepare monthly financial packages with clear narratives that leadership can rely on for decision-making

Revenue, Billing & Order-to-Cash (Enterprise SaaS)

• Partner with Legal and Sales Operations to ensure contracts flow correctly into billing, managing start dates, payment terms, renewals, and amendments
• Own billing integrity, AR aging analysis, collections cadence, and cash application processes
• Document revenue recognition conclusions under ASC 606 and maintain comprehensive support for technical accounting positions
• Reduce DSO through proactive collections management and process improvements

Sales Commissions & Compensation

• Manage the complete sales commission lifecycle from calculation through payment and reconciliation
• Partner with Sales leadership to resolve disputes, answer questions, and ensure transparency in commission processing
• Build scalable commission tracking and reporting processes that keep pace with sales team growth

Controls, Audit Readiness & Compliance

• Build and maintain accounting policies, process documentation, and internal controls appropriate for a scaling SaaS company
• Lead audit and tax support efforts, managing PBCs, tie-outs, schedules, and relationships with external partners
• Continuously identify operational gaps and implement pragmatic controls that reduce risk without slowing the business
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, and software capitalization standards (ASC 350-40)

Systems & Process Optimization

• Own accounting system administration and data integrity 
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools for AP automation, expense management, and financial reporting
• Drive improvements in workflows and system integrations to support operational efficiency

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Product teams to embed financial discipline into business decisions
• Translate complex technical accounting concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-finance stakeholders
• Provide financial insights that help leadership understand business performance and make informed tradeoffs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (mix of operational and public accounting is a plus)
• 3+ years at a B2B SaaS company that scaled from Series A/B through later stages
• Strong GAAP fundamentals with experience in SaaS and recurring revenue models
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar)
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription revenue, and sales compensation structures
• Prior audit support ownership (or audit lead experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred but not required if you have the right experience

We're seeking an AI Product Manager to own and scale HiveWatch's AI Operator product suite. This is a strategically critical role that sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI/ML technology and real-world security operations. • Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for HiveWatch's AI Operator and emerging AI product portfolio. Drive end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies, from initial concept through launch and iteration.
• Deeply understand security operations workflows and pain points, and shepherd HiveWatch’s AI products to not only provide force multiplication, but optimize the user experience.
• Lead your development team to balance innovation with operational excellence. Ensure our AI products are reliable, explainable, and trustworthy in mission-critical security environments.
• Engage directly with customers and security operators to validate product direction, gather feedback, and drive adoption.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & TRAITS:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years building and scaling AI/ML or computer vision-powered products
• Proven track record of launching successful AI products in B2B or enterprise environments, with measurable customer and business impact
• Strong technical depth; You have experience with 
• computer vision, generative AI models and natural language processing, anomaly detection 
• model architectures, training pipelines, dataset management and performance trade-offs

About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline for HiveWatch’s enterprise sales team. You will engage with physical security leaders at large organizations, introduce them to HiveWatch’s AI-powered platform, and create high-quality opportunities for the team.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to enterprise SaaS, complex sales motions, and clear advancement opportunities into an Account Executive role over time.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prospect into target enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees using outbound email, phone, LinkedIn and other creative outreach strategies 
• Identify and engage key stakeholders including GSOC directors, physical security leaders, and risk management executives
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, urgency, and buying potential
• Book qualified meetings and hand off opportunities to Enterprise Account Executives
• Maintain accurate CRM data and consistently track outreach, activity, and pipeline metrics
• Collaborate closely with AEs to align on account strategy and messaging
• Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and enablement guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in a sales, BDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
