Position Summary
Harness is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Harness CI Cloud, a core pillar of the end-to-end Harness software delivery platform. You will own strategy and execution across hosted builds, enterprise connectivity, and the cloud infrastructure capabilities that power secure, performant, scalable, and cost-efficient software delivery.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with a strong focus on technical execution, enterprise-grade trust, platform strategy, and the economics of running cloud infrastructure at scale.
About the role
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Harness CI Cloud.
- Shape cloud infrastructure strategy across hosted builds, machine lifecycle, image strategy, workload isolation, and performance optimization.
- Deepen and scale integration across the Harness software delivery platform, strengthening CI Cloud’s role as a first-class pillar across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Define success metrics and outcomes across adoption, latency, reliability, utilization, cost efficiency, and margin profile; use telemetry and customer feedback to drive decisions.
- Work closely with early design partners to shape CI Cloud capabilities, validate priorities, and evolve the platform incrementally toward broader mid-market and enterprise adoption.
Enterprise Connectivity, Security & Regulated Environments
- Define and deliver enterprise-ready cloud capabilities that enable customers to adopt Harness CI Cloud securely, including private connectivity, network controls, workload isolation, and secure access patterns.
- Partner with engineering and design to ensure cloud experiences are scalable, trustworthy, and aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Partner deeply with customers to understand infrastructure, networking, security, and compliance requirements - including VPN, site-to-site connectivity, PrivateLink, cloud access controls - and translate those insights into product priorities.
- Help shape roadmap and strategy for regulated and public sector readiness, including areas such as FedRAMP and GovCloud-aligned considerations.
Cloud Cost, Optimization & Pricing
- Drive product strategy for cloud efficiency and optimization, balancing customer experience, performance, infrastructure cost, and gross margin.
- Identify opportunities to improve build performance and efficiency through caching, image management, machine sizing, orchestration, and other infrastructure optimizations.
- Partner with leadership on pricing and packaging strategy for CI Cloud, ensuring monetization aligns with customer value, usage patterns, and business goals.
Customer & Market Insight
- Partner with customers to understand how teams evaluate and adopt hosted infrastructure day-to-day - including performance, security, compliance, reliability, and operational requirements - and use those insights to reduce friction and guide roadmap priorities.
- Drive competitive intelligence across hosted CI/CD, compute, and enterprise cloud infrastructure; translate insights into clear priorities and durable differentiation.
Execution Excellence
- Write and manage technical requirements/specs; partner closely with engineering on feasibility and architectural tradeoffs to ship high-quality releases.
- Drive execution with urgency: anticipate risks, unblock dependencies, and communicate tradeoffs and timelines clearly across engineering, field, and leadership stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, PMM, Finance, and DevRel to drive new opportunities, increase adoption, and craft technical narratives that resonate with developers, platform teams, security teams, and technical buyers.

Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Deep familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud, networking, and private connectivity models such as VPN, IPsec, and PrivateLink is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and compute orchestration concepts, including VMs, containers, ephemeral workloads, autoscaling, isolation models, infrastructure cost drivers, and enterprise security requirements.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (code → build → test → artifact → deploy) and CI system architecture, including pipeline execution models, caching strategies, artifact management, and performance tradeoffs.
- Experience building developer-facing infrastructure products such as CI/CD, developer platforms, DevOps tooling, or cloud-based build/test systems is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated cloud environments, public sector requirements, or compliance-driven infrastructure strategy such as FedRAMP or GovCloud is preferred.
- 8+ years total experience, including:
- 4+ years in software development, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical role.
- 4+ years in product management for cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, or enterprise infrastructure products.
- Proven track record shipping complex products with measurable adoption and impact.
- Experience influencing pricing, packaging, monetization, or cloud economics strategy is a plus

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $180,000 and $210,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. Position Summary
Harness is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Harness Code Repository, a core pillar of the end-to-end Harness software delivery platform. You will own strategy and execution across source control, pull requests, governance, and AI-assisted developer workflows - deeply integrating code into the broader lifecycle (code → build → security → deploy).

What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Harness Code Repository across repo fundamentals, PR workflows, branch protections/policies, reviews/approvals, permissions/RBAC, and auditability.
- Deepen and scale integration across the Harness software delivery platform, strengthening Code’s role as a first-class pillar across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Define success metrics and outcomes (adoption, migration velocity, PR throughput, time-to-merge) and drive decisions using telemetry and customer feedback.
AI-Driven Innovation
- Define and deliver AI-assisted workflows grounded in repo/PR context that measurably improve developer productivity and code quality (with clear evaluation criteria, guardrails, and launch/iteration plans).
- Partner with engineering and design to ensure AI experiences are trustworthy, controllable, and aligned with enterprise requirements.
Customer & Market Insight
- Partner with customers to understand how teams create, review, and ship code day-to-day - including collaboration and governance needs - and use those insights to reduce PR friction, improve usability, and guide roadmap priorities.

- Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket ecosystems and CI/quality integrations.
- Enterprise SaaS governance experience and/or AI-assisted developer workflows is a plus.

- Ideally someone located near Mountain View, CA who can work hybrid from our office but we are open to Remote within North America.

About the role
Harness is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the core Platform, Data Collection, and Integrations that power our API and AI Security portfolio. This role sits at the foundation of our security offerings, owning the systems that enable scalable data ingestion, observability, policy enforcement, and ecosystem connectivity across customer environments.
You will define and drive the long term platform vision, translating market shifts in API and AI security into durable architectural investments and differentiated capabilities. This includes instrumentation, telemetry pipelines, integration frameworks, data processing, and platform level services that enable protection at scale.
As a senior individual contributor, you will operate across product lines, partnering closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure we deliver enterprise grade solutions that are scalable, performant, and aligned with real world customer needs.
This role requires deep engagement with strategic customers, a strong understanding of security and infrastructure ecosystems, and the ability to turn complex technical challenges into clear product direction.
What You Will Do
Own Platform Strategy and Vision
- Define and drive the long term strategy for core platform capabilities including data collection, telemetry, integrations, instrumentation, and shared services across API and AI security.
- Align platform investments with the broader DevSecOps platform strategy and company goals.
- Identify architectural priorities that unlock scale, performance, and enterprise readiness.

About You
- 8 to 10 plus years of product management experience, with a strong track record owning and shipping infrastructure, platform, or security products at scale.
- Deep experience in DevOps, cloud native systems, or security platforms, including telemetry, logging, data pipelines, or instrumentation.
- Familiarity with technologies such as OpenTelemetry, observability systems, and large scale data processing architectures.
- Direct experience building or managing API security, application security, or adjacent security products.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in fast moving, high growth environments and bring structure to ambiguity.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executives, customers, and cross functional teams.

Position Summary
Harness is seeking a Product Management Leader to drive the definition, development, and adoption of our packaged and shipped product - Harness Internal Developer Portal.
In this role, you will own technical, end-to-end product initiatives—from identifying user needs and defining requirements to working across several teams to ensure successful delivery. You’ll work closely with customers and engineering teams to guide product development, ensure technical feasibility and high-quality execution, and find innovative ways to efficiently solve complex developer experience challenges.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires technical depth and effective cross-functional execution spanning Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, Research, Customer Success and Support.
About the role
- Build product roadmap based on customers needs, business goals, market and technology trends
- Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs to drive customer success
- Define detailed technical product specs, user stories, mockups, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with other module PMs, engineering or independently
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and the timely delivery of high-quality features
