Job Overview
The Parts Analyst is responsible for maintaining service parts accuracy, availability, and inventory planning through effective management of MRP-driven demand, manual stocking levels, and Service Parts Bill of Material (SBOM) structures. This role serves as the operational “heartbeat” of the service parts process, ensuring that stocking parameters remain current, service inventory is aligned to vehicle population, and parts data integrity is maintained across all service parts systems.
The Parts Analyst will manage SBOM structures, support Purchased-In-Assembly (PIA) sourcing needs, assist in service kit creation, and provide reporting to support service readiness, warranty execution, and field action planning. This role is critical to ensuring parts availability, reducing downtime, and preventing inventory shortages or excess.

Job Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to diagnose and resolve complex service issues across multiple product lines. Areas of responsibility include— but are not limited to— part replacement solutions, field problem-solving support, product validation, training, and escalation management for complex customer cases. The Service Engineer also provides critical input on design improvements, warranty support, and product performance issues.
This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, resourcefulness, and accountability, with a strong focus on urgency, quality, and collaboration. The Service Engineer must influence cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
