THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Global Accounting Specialist for our Finance team in Berlin or Munich, Germany or Madrid, Spain or Lisbon, Portugal!

As part of our Controllership team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting across our international entities. 
Working in a multicultural environment, you will ensure compliance with local standards (such as German GAAP/HGB) and international regulations, supporting the global financial closing process and Wellhub’s operational efficiency.

YOUR IMPACT

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions for multiple international entities, including journal entries in general ledger, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across global entities.
• Coordinate and reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure proper eliminations during consolidation.
• Assist with the consolidation of financial results in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) 
• Work with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audits and reviews of international operations.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and tax regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with local finance teams and service providers to support payroll, VAT/GST, and other local reporting requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of global accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Participate in global ERP system implementations or upgrades as needed.

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial closing processes, and global business models.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including hard-coding.
• Experience with financial systems such as Datev and Lucanet can be a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Power Pivot Table (BI) and basic knowledge of SQL can be a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across geographies.
• Proven experience in a global accounting role, with a focus on general ledger.
• Demonstrated ability to perform reconciliations and financial analysis.3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience with german GAAP and other european local GAAP - US GAAP is a plus.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Success Director to lead our Client Success team in Munich! 

Our Client Success team is taking care of our existing enterprise clients and is responsible for the growth across Germany. As a team lead client success, you will be managing all Wellhub Enterprise clients' books of business. You will manage the Client Success Germany team, with the responsibility of building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, growing the impact of the Wellhub program and managing the commercial relationship and renewals of the overall portfolio.

• Expertise in Strategic Account Management: Experience in navigating complex organizations, mapping the decision making processes and key people, and identifying the business needs of the organization.
• Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and business functions to align solutions with customer needs.

• Analytical Skills: You can look at a conversion funnel and pinpoint exactly where the "leak" is-whether it’s the initial hook, the discovery call, or the hand-off to the AE.
• Strategic Narrative Building: Proven experience managing SDR/BDR teams for a Challenger Brand or a "non-commodity" solution. You must demonstrate the ability to create urgency for a product that is not yet a "household name" or is perceived as discretionary spend.
• The "Value-First" Framework: You have moved beyond "feature-selling" and can coach reps to pivot from Product Interest to Business Impact. You should be able to show how you’ve successfully positioned a solution as "mission-critical" during budget-conscious cycles.
• DE Market Savvy: Comfortable navigating the nuances of DE business culture and time zones.
• HR Knowledge and experience: You are familiar with the HR space and can talk the CHRO language

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Sales Development Director for our Client Sales team in Berlin or Munich, DE! 

As the Sales Development Director for Germany, you are the architect of our top-of-funnel growth in one of our most critical markets. You will not only lead a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) but also act as a "leader of leaders" by mentoring and managing a BDR Team Lead.

This is a director role, meaning you bridge the gap between high-level regional strategy and daily operational excellence. You will define the German outbound playbook, optimize the tech stack for the local market, and scale the leadership bench while ensuring the team consistently exceeds pipeline and revenue targets.

YOUR IMPACT

Strategic Leadership & Market Growth

• Market Strategy: Lead and execute the DACH GTM strategy, focusing on high-value segments.
• Leadership Development: Coach and develop a Junior BDR Team Lead.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Marketing and AEs to ensure strong lead flow and handoffs.
• Revenue Forecasting: Provide clear pipeline forecasts with risks and opportunities.

Inbound & Outbound Process Mastery

• Inbound Agility: Maximize conversion through fast, effective lead qualification.
• Outbound Strategy: Drive personalized, high-intent prospecting.
• Tech Stack Champion: Optimize use of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
• BoB Management: Improve book-of-business and outreach strategies to build pipeline.

Operational Excellence

• Direct Management: Lead a high-performing BDR team to exceed targets.
• The "German Playbook": Adapt messaging to the German market.
• Process Optimization: Streamline tools and workflows to improve results.
• Recruitment: Hire and scale the team for growth.

Coaching & Performance

• High-Stakes Coaching: Upskill reps through hands-on coaching.
• Performance Management: Set KPIs and drive accountability.
• Onboarding: Ensure fast ramp-up for new hires.
• Live the mission: Build a supportive, high-performance culture.

• Team Quota Attainment: % hitting targets.
• Conversion Rates: Inbound and outbound funnel performance.
• Win Rates & Revenue: Overall business impact.
• Ramp Time: Speed to productivity.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years in Sales, with at least 3 years of experience as a Manager-Director in a Sales role.
• The "Coach" DNA: A passion for seeing others succeed. You should have examples of BDRs OR AEs you’ve mentored who have been promoted into AE or Senior roles.
• Analytical Skills: You can look at a conversion funnel and pinpoint exactly where the "leak" is-whether it’s the initial hook, the discovery call, or the hand-off to the AE.
• Strategic Narrative Building: Proven experience managing SDR/BDR teams for a Challenger Brand or a "non-commodity" solution. You must demonstrate the ability to create urgency for a product that is not yet a "household name" or is perceived as discretionary spend.
• The "Value-First" Framework: You have moved beyond "feature-selling" and can coach reps to pivot from Product Interest to Business Impact. You should be able to show how you’ve successfully positioned a solution as "mission-critical" during budget-conscious cycles.
• DE Market Savvy: Comfortable navigating the nuances of DE business culture and time zones.
• HR Knowledge and experience: You are familiar with the HR space and can talk the CHRO language
• Knowledge of key sales development metrics: Team Quota Attainment (% of team hitting SQL/Meeting/ Opps targets), Conversion Rates (MQL to SQL Inbound and Prospect to Meeting to Opps Outbound)
• Win Rates and Revenue Targets: It's all about how this team and demand gen impact the business results
• Ramp Time: Speed at which new hires reach full productivity.
• Employee Retention: Team engagement and internal promotion rates.
