THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager to join our Partnerships team in Paris!
Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As the first Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager in the country, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up—managing both the acquisition and retention of the wellness providers that will power our network. This is a rare opportunity to take on real leadership ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to a new market, and directly shape our long-term success in France.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.
YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the “Longtail” Partner Sales and Success strategy, managing a diverse network of gyms and studios that will power the wellbeing of our corporate users. You will:
- Define and optimize the French sales and success playbooks, ensuring a smooth transition from partner acquisition to long-term engagement.
- Implement localized onboarding and retention flows that support partner satisfaction and profitability across the country.
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to align local priorities with global expansion goals, and partner with the Head of Partnerships to set and deliver on KPIs related to network growth, partner satisfaction, and retention.
- Establish clear ways of working and scalable processes to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the partner network.
- Personally lead the most complex processes, acting as a role model for the team in high-stakes negotiations with major partners.
- Analyze team performance metrics—from outbound to retention activity—to identify bottlenecks and implement creative solutions that support network growth.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure local processes are effective and that our partner offering remains competitive in the market.

WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership, ideally within a high-growth startup, HR-tech, or the fitness industry.
- You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.
- You’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows.
- You thrive on building processes and have the commercial judgment to handle complex conversations with business owners across different markets.
- You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to coaching a team to meet and exceed growth and retention goals.
- You are highly proficient with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel, using data to inform your decisions.
- You are a supportive and direct people manager who knows how to develop and motivate a team.
- You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the Benelux workforce lead happier, healthier lives.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Success Senior Manager (Individual Contributor) to join our Client Sales Development team in Paris!
Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Key Account Senior Managers on the ground, you will play a key role in managing our regional success—taking our first enterprise clients from contract signature to full-scale employee engagement. You'll help define the regional Client Success playbook, ensuring our clients become lifelong advocates for the Wellhub mission.

YOUR IMPACT
- Own the end-to-end launch process for our first French corporate clients, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales and setting the regional standard for onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with HR Directors and works councils, aligning our platform with corporate wellness, fiscal benefits, and talent retention goals across the region.
- Drive the commercial agenda for your portfolio, including renewing, expanding, and renegotiating contracts to ensure Wellhub grows alongside our clients.
- Analyze local user data to develop tailored communication strategies that resonate with a diverse workforce and drive high engagement across your accounts.
- Act as a founding member of the regional team, building the Client Success processes and localized materials to shape our long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with Global Operations, Marketing and Fitness Partnerships to adapt our tools and engagement strategies to the French landscape.
- Act as a key source of regional insights for our product and leadership teams, identifying specific French needs to directly shape our go-to-market strategy.

- You are a data-driven storyteller, with the ability to turn complex reports into a compelling ROI narrative for senior HR stakeholders.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Client Success Director to lead our Client Success team in Munich!
Our Client Success team is taking care of our existing enterprise clients and is responsible for the growth across Germany. As a team lead client success, you will be managing all Wellhub Enterprise clients' books of business. You will manage the Client Success Germany team, with the responsibility of building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, growing the impact of the Wellhub program and managing the commercial relationship and renewals of the overall portfolio.

YOUR IMPACT
- People leadership: Coach, grow and manage a team of senior client success managers (account managers), who are directly responsible for their books of business
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders of the key clients, including C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders. Ensure that Wellhub is not only aligned with business goals but also drives tangible, measurable results.
- Collaboration: Interact with other Wellhub teams (e.g., Client Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Marketing) to ensure the strategic plans built for the clients are well executed internally
- Industry Engagement: Represent Wellhub at key industry events, forums, and conferences, showcasing our vision and capabilities in shaping the future of Employee Wellbeing

WHO YOU ARE
- Proven Success in SaaS Account Management: Experience with Enterprise clients (companies with 500+ FTEs) in the German market with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing portfolios of complex clients
- People leadership skills: experience in managing and developing teams, including with senior account managers
- Expertise in Strategic Account Management: Experience in navigating complex organizations, mapping the decision making processes and key people, and identifying the business needs of the organization.
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and business functions to align solutions with customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an approachable and engaging way. Comfort and interest in using data effectively in the Sales process
- Data & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present in a compelling way to prospects. Comfort in using commercial insight to recommend and simplify investment options to a prospect.
- Passion for Learning: A deep enthusiasm for the account management profession and people management and how to constantly improve individually and collectively.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring an SMB Client Success Manager to our Client Success team in São Paulo!
This role is to join the B2B team and will be responsible for managing a key portfolio of our SMB clients. As a Client Success Manager, you will be expected to bring significant business results to Wellhub through upselling, cross selling and renegotiations within existing accounts. This person will also work in collaboration with different areas of Wellhub to improve and evolve the client's experience.

YOUR IMPACT
- Responsible for developing a sales plan for each named client - what products, what expansion opportunities and the WHY Wellhub for the client in these areas, leading the client relationship for a portfolio of large and complex SMB accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle;
- Ensure contracts renewals, expansions and negotiate contracts on an annual basis;
- Partner with client's HR and decision makers building an approach to connect their C level to other Wellhub execs and or the execs at other clients to broaden and deepen their connection and engagement with Wellhub
- Provide product feedback (client requirements, product shortcomings, enhancements, etc.) to product management;

WHO YOU ARE
- Solid experience in a client-facing position leading large and complex client relationships, cross-selling and upselling in an existing portfolio;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently;
- Ability to operate independently and leverage lane management as needed;
- Strong attention to detail and extensive ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently;
- Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment.
- Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English.
