Analyze partner traffic, user behavior, payments, and promo campaign performance;

Build and automate reporting in Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets — from daily dashboards to monthly summaries;

Work with data from multiple sources, validate and clean it, and prepare it for analysis;

Help affiliate and brand teams find answers: which sources perform best, what needs fixing, which creatives convert;

Monitor data quality, identify anomalies and inconsistencies, and ensure metric accuracy across reports;

Participate in hypothesis testing and suggest improvements across traffic, bonuses, and partner engagement;

Translate complex data into clear visuals and actionable recommendations for different stakeholders.

3+ years of experience in data analytics;

Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets / Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas, data structuring);
- Understanding traffic sources, experience working with large databases;

Strong skills in data validation, process automation, and logic structuring for business metrics;

Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, affiliate, brand);

Ability to clearly present findings — both visually and in writing;

English — Upper-Intermediate (some teams operate fully in English).
