About the Role
The Senior Network Manager is a high-impact, externally-facing role at the intersection of clinical relationships, network strategy, and business development. You will be the connective tissue between TGH Senior Center’s primary care centers and the specialist ecosystem across our geographies, building the physician relationships, referral infrastructure, and community presence that drive better outcomes for our patients and sustainable growth for our clinics. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is ideal for a relationship-driven operator who thrives in the field and loves building from the ground up.
Location: Tampa Bay, FL (field-based; significant travel within our geographies required)

About the Role
The Regional Practice Administrator (RPA) is the senior operational and people leader responsible for elevating performance, building capability, and driving consistency across a portfolio of Greenbrook centers.
This is not a desk role — it is a hands-on leadership role in the field. You will directly lead and develop Center Managers, strengthen team capability across clinics, and ensure every location delivers a consistent, high-quality patient and team experience.
More than managing operations, you will shape the conditions under which great care is delivered — building strong teams, reinforcing standards, and translating strategy into real execution inside our clinics.
At its core, this is a talent-building and performance-driving role. Your success will be measured by stronger leaders, more resilient teams, and consistently well-run centers.
Location: Based in the Tampa Bay area with regular travel between clinic locations.
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Clinic Hours

About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to lead and expand our successful clinical model as we scale across Tampa Bay and beyond. This role is crucial for ensuring that our clinical operations continue to deliver outstanding results, as evidenced by our early success — a NPS of 91 and managing a population 80% sicker than the Medicare benchmark at 40% below the Medicare cost. In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Medical Officer to design, refine, and optimize clinical workflows that support our growth.
In this leadership position, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our clinical operations, develop our team, and drive the metrics and leading indicators that ensure excellence in all aspects of our clinical services. Leveraging our partnership with Tampa General Hospital, you will maximize clinical performance and help us continue to deliver high-quality care at scale.
Location:
Hybrid in the Greater Tampa Bay Area strongly preferred. Open to exceptional remote candidates in FL, VA, TX, NY, MO, NJ, TN with frequent travel to clinic locations.
