We’re Looking For A: Facebook Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) who will be responsible for managing company Facebook ad campaigns and crafting highly converting ad creatives. This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish. This includes creating and testing new ads, and targeting options, launching, and overseeing campaigns, and scaling budgets while maintaining targeted KPIs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Set up, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spending optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals.
• Drive the creation of new ad creatives both through your own ideas as well as collaboration with copy and video creative departments to ensure that we have new, exciting creative to test for every offer each week.
• Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions
• Monitor and optimize ad performance across all campaigns, including during weekends and holidays, to ensure consistent ROI and respond promptly to performance fluctuations
• Perform regular tracking and analysis of the performance of each campaign.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot blockers to scale ad spend.
• Stay up-to-date on our offers, paid social media best practices, and our competitive landscape.
• Participate in innovation and improvement of team systems advertiser campaigns and launch flows.

• 3+ years of Facebook Ads campaign management experience, with the ability to show results.
• Experience directly managing daily budgets of $10K/day minimum 
• Experience in crafting compelling ad angles that drive conversion on Facebook

What You’ll Be Doing: The mission of the Associate Video Editor role is for someone to be a key player in Golden Hippo’s video content creation team, crafting compelling marketing videos specifically designed to grab attention on social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube. These edits will play a vital role in converting viewers into loyal customers and growing GH’s brand.

• Edit & Export both short-form and long-form videos for various platforms, including paid ads on social media. 
• Shoot footage on iPhone/DSLR cameras to be used for thumb stoppers. 
• Analyze video performance data and make adjustments accordingly. 
• Create multiple edit variations from existing footage based on performance data
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to optimize creatives.
• Manage priorities and workload effectively to meet all schedules and deadlines.
• Help craft brand-focused storytelling and elevate aesthetic across all video content in videos of varying lengths both in the edit and on set.

We’re Looking For: someone to be the mastermind behind Golden Hippo’s high-converting video ads, leading the charge from concept to creation.

Location: Hybrid

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitor and master the most significant trends on the newest digital platforms (with a specific emphasis on TikTok and Youtube) and conceive of new ways to use these trends to tell the stories of our products. 
• Oversee the creative execution of short-form and long-form marketing videos using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach in collaboration with production managers and crew. 
• Write scripts that combine a variety of storytelling narrative devices including narration, scripted copy, soundbites, video b-roll and graphics.
• Conceptualize new storytelling angles.
• Conduct on-camera interviews that elicit pithy compelling responses from brand “gurus” and customers (ie testimonials) and other on-camera talent.
• Direct on-camera talent to obtain optimal line delivery of scripted content.
• Work with videographers to gather video assets (i.e.identify needed video cover, set-up locations and direct videographers to shoot b-roll). 
• Oversee the editing process. Collaborate with editors from pre-production to delivery, including providing feedback on edits, assist conceiving of graphics and on-screen text.
• Analyze performance data and use data to create incremental video optimizations of that scale.
• Available to drive, and occasionally travel, to locations in order to film and gather footage and conduct interviews.
