Facebook Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) - REMOTE

We’re Looking For A: Facebook Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) who will be responsible for managing company Facebook ad campaigns and crafting highly converting ad creatives. This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish. This includes creating and testing new ads, and targeting options, launching, and overseeing campaigns, and scaling budgets while maintaining targeted KPIs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spending optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals.
- Drive the creation of new ad creatives both through your own ideas as well as collaboration with copy and video creative departments to ensure that we have new, exciting creative to test for every offer each week.
- Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions

Monitor and optimize ad performance across all campaigns, including during weekends and holidays, to ensure consistent ROI and respond promptly to performance fluctuations
- Perform regular tracking and analysis of the performance of each campaign.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot blockers to scale ad spend.
- Stay up-to-date on our offers, paid social media best practices, and our competitive landscape.
- Participate in innovation and improvement of team systems advertiser campaigns and launch flows.
Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
- 3+ years of Facebook Ads campaign management experience, with the ability to show results.
- Experience directly managing daily budgets of $10K/day minimum
- Experience in crafting compelling ad angles that drive conversion on Facebook
- Direct-to-consumer marketing experience is preferred
- Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize, and structure workload
- Passion for the digital media space in health and wellness, personal development, and everything in between preferred
- Familiarity with basic video editing
- Hardworking self-starter with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and provide action plans based on conclusions
- Openness and ability to learn new concepts and systems quickly
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Strong team player, yet able to thrive on your own
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs)
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

The base salary range for this position is $75,700-$101,000 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.

We’re Looking For A(n): Brand Site Optimization Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)
What You’ll Be Doing: Support the strategy and execution of brand site testing and optimization initiatives to improve engagement, reduce friction, and increase conversion. Own the experimentation roadmap, identify opportunities, develop test briefs, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable site improvements.
- Own the full A/B testing roadmap, including hypothesis development, test briefs, prioritization, and rollout recommendations
- Analyze site performance across key KPIs (CVR, AOV, engagement, subscription opt-in, bounce rate), translating insights into actionable optimization plans
- Become a subject matter expert on brand site behavior, customer journeys, subscription management flows, and friction points
- Monitor test performance, analyze key KPIs, and translate results into clear insights
- Partner with CX, tech, creative, and leadership to identify site improvement opportunities across homepage, PDPs, navigation, subscription management, and checkout
- Partner with and support relationships with third-party testing and digital optimization vendors
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in usability, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall CX experience
- Document learnings, build testing best practices, and develop evergreen winners for site-wide implementation across the pet org
- Maintain an organized testing backlog, prioritization framework, and archive of past experiments

- Strong understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodology and statistical significance

The base salary range is $89,400 - $111,800.00, plus bonus potential.
