In this role, you will support end-to-end project management for partnership initiatives—from initial scoping and alignment through activation and wrap. Reporting to the Account Supervisor as an Account Executive you will support strategic partnership initiatives while helping manage and grow a portfolio of local sports teams and entertainment properties. In this role, you will play a key role in developing partnership strategies, analyzing performance, and ensuring successful execution across a wide range of sponsorships spanning major league teams, and properties. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to maximize the impact of sponsorship investments and deliver meaningful fan engagement.
To thrive in this role, you are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. You bring a strong analytical mindset, a passion for sports business, and the ability to turn insights into compelling stories and strategic recommendations. You value relationship building and are confident working cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS
The annual range for this role varies between $50,000 - $60,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.

GMR is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of vendor contracting for a key agency client, supporting the execution of high-profile promotional events and special projects.
You’ll collaborate closely with legal counsel, internal business groups, and cross-functional partners to draft, analyze, and negotiate third-party agreements, manage compliance processes, and deliver essential operational and administrative support.
To thrive in this role, you’ll use your strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the confidence to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment. If you're energized by problem-solving, love working across teams, and want to play a key role in how we safeguard and streamline our work, we’d love to meet you!
Candidates based in the Greater Milwaukee area are preferred, though remote candidates will also be considered.
