The role: Senior Product Manager 

As Senior Product Manager for the betting cluster of Genius Sports, you will work closely with the product director and delivery teams translating high level roadmaps into work items. Your work will focus on scalability of our core internal infrastructure and ingestion of external market data.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an IT SOX Auditor to join the Internal Audit team and support the delivery of both the SOX compliance programme and the broader internal audit plan.

Reporting to the IT SOX Manager, this role will lead the testing of the IT SOX control environment, including IT General Controls (ITGCs), IT Application Controls, and key/custom reports. The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in assessing both the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and will work closely with control owners to support remediation activities and ensure controls are operating effectively by year-end.

In addition, the role will have a reporting line into the Internal Audit Manager to contribute to the execution of the wider internal audit plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing of IT SOX controls, including ITGCs, IT Application Controls, and key/custom reports

As Cyber Risk Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our security risk management practice, building the structures, language, and habits that enable the business to make informed, risk-aware decisions related to cybersecurity every day. 

You will sit within the Information Security function and report directly to the VP of Cyber Security, working as a peer to the GRC Manager. Where your GRC colleague focuses on compliance assurance and certification frameworks, your mandate is broader: understanding and communicating security risk as a business issue, not just a technical or regulatory one. 

Your mission: translate the threat landscape into clear risk positions, drive consistent treatment and ownership across the enterprise, and build a security risk management capability that scales with Genius as it grows. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

Build and Operate the Cyber Risk Program 

• Design and own processes for managing security risks in alignment with our broader enterprise risk management framework - defining how security risks are identified, assessed, prioritized, and tracked. 
• Maintain and continuously evolve a security risk register that is actionable and business-relevant, not a compliance artifact. 
• Ensure security risk posture is visible, understood, and regularly reviewed at leadership level. 

Translate Security Risk into Business Language 

• Serve as the bridge between technical security findings and business decision-makers, framing security risk in terms of operational, financial, and reputational impact. 
• Prepare clear, concise security risk reporting for senior stakeholders and ExCo, including heat maps, trend analysis, and treatment status. 
• Support board-level reporting on cyber risk exposure alongside the CIO and VP of Cyber. 

Drive Risk Treatment and Accountability 

• Work with business and technology owners to ensure security risks have clear owners, agreed treatment plans, and tracked remediation timelines. 
• Challenge and pressure-test risk acceptance decisions, ensuring they are informed, documented, and time-bound. 
• Follow up on treatment commitments and escalate stalled or overdue risk items through the right channels. 
• Identify systemic security risk patterns and surface them as strategic priorities for the VP and CIO 

Manage Third-Party and Supply Chain Risk 

• Own the vendor and third-party risk assessment process, ensuring critical suppliers are assessed proportionately and reviewed on a regular cycle. 
• Work with Sourcing and Procurement to embed cyber risk criteria into vendor onboarding and contract renewal workflows. 
• Maintain visibility of concentration cyber risk and dependency risk across key technology providers. 

Support Resilience and Incident Learning 

• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning from a cyber risk lens, ensuring recovery priorities reflect actual business risk. 
• Participate in post-incident reviews to identify systemic security risk and feed lessons learned back into the risk register. 
• Support threat intelligence consumption and translate emerging threat actor activity into risk implications for the business. 

Partner Across the Security Function 

• Work closely with the GRC Manager to ensure compliance requirements are risk-informed, and that audit findings translate into risk register updates. 
• Collaborate with Security Operations and Engineering to understand the threat and vulnerability landscape and translate technical exposure into risk terms. 
• Support the VP of Cyber Security in building a cohesive, integrated security function where risk, compliance, and operations reinforce each other. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Working knowledge of security related standards and regulations including SOC 2, ISO 27001, global privacy laws. 
• Ability to communicate risk credibly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives
• Experience building or maturing a security risk management program, not just operating within one. 
• Comfortable challenging risk owners and holding the line on treatment accountability without being adversarial.
• Understanding the threat landscape and how external factors translate into business-specific risk.  
• Experience with third-party risk management processes and vendor assessment methodologies. 
• Hands-on experience with GRC and risk register platforms, including Hyperproof or similar tools. A track record of automating risk reporting is a strong differentiator

Reporting to the UK Regional Financial Controller, the Statutory Reporting Accountant is a critical role, ensuring:

THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for overseeing the revenue accounting for a $440 million line of business and will be critical to ensuring accurate revenue recognition, compliance with ASC 606, and providing key insights to support strategic business decisions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the Group Revenue Controller.
• Own the end-to-end revenue accounting process for a c$600M business segment, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close activities.
• Analyse and record complex revenue transactions in accordance with US GAAP, specifically ASC 606.
• Partner closely with Sales, FP&A and Legal teams to understand contracts and business activity to ensure proper revenue treatment.
• Perform detailed contract reviews to identify performance obligations, determine transaction price allocation, and assess appropriate revenue recognition.
• Certify revenue-related balance sheet accounts and provide clear documentation and support.
• Support external audits and internal controls compliance by providing required documentation and explanations.
• Ensure revenue-related processes and controls comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements; assist in maintaining and testing internal controls and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline revenue accounting operations and improve accuracy.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue reports and analytics to support management reporting and financial planning.
• Maintain and update revenue recognition policies and procedures as needed.
• Stay current on accounting standards and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Qualified in CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent.

About the role:

As Senior Product Manager for the betting cluster of Genius Sports, you will work closely with the VP of Product and delivery teams translating high level roadmaps into work items. 

Your responsibilities will cover both the strategic and tactical aspects of Product Management.  The tactical aspects of the role require requirements scoping, definition of epic level acceptance criteria, working with the delivery team during planning  phases and throughout product delivery.  You will work with the team leads and solution architects to  ensure all aspects of delivery have been accounted for (this includes operational help, domain knowledge share and go-to-market strategy).

The What (Strategic) 

Ensure your team and stakeholders are fully invested and helping you to shape the product vision, goals and strategy for the next programme increment

The How (Tactical) 

• Support the operational running of the product on a day-to-day basis

• Define epics with comprehensive acceptance criteria, interacting with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to verify work is correctly specified and relevant assets (wireframes, designs) are included 
• Verifying that epics are completed to the expectation set out in the acceptance criteria

• Produce relevant documentation to support product awareness and technical build 

Qualifications

• Experience in product management in the Managed Trading services or Risk management in the online sports betting industry. 
• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management roles
• Proven experience in developing a product strategy and effectively managing roadmaps. 
• Experience with software product development methodologies, mainly focused on agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. 
• Deep experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a practical product roadmap, 
• Strong background in BI and/or Analytics required; experience working on data-oriented products preferred 
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Main Responsibilities

• Managing the entire end-to-end sales process with new Sportsbook prospects, from lead generation to contract closure
• Responsible for all commercial strategy and execution across selection of existing customers within EMEA, including all renewal and upsell sales processes
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progression through the sales cycle
• Work closely with product teams to position sportsbook solutions tailored to client needs

• Assist venue operations coordinators with preparation of equipment and installation, based on automation processes developed by site reliability engineers

• Partner with software engineers to eliminate common issues

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• 5 years’ experience with system and network administration on infrastructure with 100+ Linux servers
• Strong understanding of the entire Linux server stack: OS boot and installation, system, networking, container deployment, logging, metrics & monitoring, out-of-band management, etc...
