Position Summary

We are seeking a Treasury Senior Associate to join our Treasury team. This role will support the management of firm and fund-level financing activities, liquidity planning, and risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong capital markets experience, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced investment environment.

This position offers meaningful exposure to financing strategy, lender negotiations, foreign currency risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across capital markets, legal, and finance teams.

Responsibilities 

• Manage and oversee firm-level and fund-level financing facilities, including credit lines, subscription facilities, and other structured arrangements
• Support negotiation and execution of financing transactions, including coordination with lenders, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure covenant compliance and reporting requirements across all financing arrangements
• Gather compliance certificates, borrowing base reports, and related lender deliverables
• Analyze liquidity needs and assist with short and long-term cash forecasting
• Execute and monitor foreign currency transactions and hedging strategies
• Monitor interest rate and FX risk exposure and support risk mitigation initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Support strategic treasury initiatives and capital structure optimization efforts
• Assist with documentation, internal controls, and treasury process improvements

Qualifications 

• 5–7+ years of experience in Banking: Fund Finance, Sponsor Coverage or Capital Markets
• Strong understanding of debt financing structures and capital markets products
• Experience analyzing credit agreements and financing documentation
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in private equity, asset management, or alternative investment platforms
• Direct experience with subscription facilities or fund-level leverage

Key Purpose of Role

This exciting opportunity will work closely and collaboratively with the existing FP&A team in EMEA and US. This individual will be a key contributor to help strengthening and further build out a world class financial modelling and forecasting team for the firm.

The role will involve performing consolidated analysis at both firm and fund strategy levels, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. The position plays a critical part in shaping the firm’s financial outlook by developing and maintaining detailed revenue models for existing and new products, forecasting income streams, and consolidating key financial metrics such as management fees, performance-related earnings, and investment income.

This hands-on role will support the build-up of the firm’s corporate long term financial models, forecasting long term developments, introductions of new products, impact on margins and key KPIs over a longer period. Perform ad hoc analysis on special projects, including new fund strategies and the financial impact to the firm.

Another central aspect of the role is to collaborate closely with key business functions – including the broader Finance function, Fund Operations, Fund & Portfolio Analytics and Fundraising teams.

Due to the complex nature of the work, experience of working with asset management, private equity or financial services in general would be highly beneficial for this new team member.

Key Responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive)

• Responsible for enhancing and maintaining detailed financial forecasting models for management fees, performance-related income, investment income, liquidity, and AUM/FEAUM at both consolidated and strategy/product levels.
• Support long-term financial planning, including income statement projections, margin analysis, and new product introductions.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver profitability and KPI analysis for funds and strategies.
• Prepare quarterly and annual deliverables, including flash reporting, budgets, reforecasts, and updates to the corporate model.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, sensitivity modelling, and scenario planning to support leadership decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and standardization across all models and forecasting processes.

We are seeking a Treasury Senior Associate to join our Global Treasury team. This role will provide dedicated treasury operations support to the global treasury team and controllers across Europe and Asia, ensuring accurate payment execution, robust internal controls, and effective treasury system governance.

The ideal candidate will combine capital markets or banking experience with strong operational discipline and hands-on expertise with Kyriba. This role requires precision, strong cross-border coordination, and the ability to operate within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations & Payments

• Execute and oversee domestic and cross-border payments across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
• Partner closely with European and Asian fund controllers to support capital calls, distributions, investments, and operating expenses
• Assist treasury team with global cash and investment reporting and analysis
• Ensure proper payment approvals, documentation, and compliance with internal policies

Bank Account Management

• Coordinate bank account openings, closures, and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions with legal, compliance and accounting teams
• Manage KYC documentation and banking resolutions
• Maintain strong relationships with global banking partners
• Maintain accurate bank account inventories and authorized signatory records

Controls & Governance

• Provide input on treasury controls and maintain related documentation
• Maintain SOX-compliant controls, fraud prevention protocols, and governance standards

Treasury Systems (Kyriba)

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Banking, Accounting or Financial Operations, with exposure to treasury-related activities
• Direct experience supporting treasury operations in a multi-regional, multi-currency environment
• Proficiency in Kyriba is required (including payment workflows, user administration, and system controls experience)
• Strong understanding of local banking requirements, global payment systems and routing methods (SEPA, SWIFT, CHAPS, wire transfers, etc.)
• Familiarity with accounting rules, government policies, and general treasury operations
• Experience coordinating bank account management and KYC documentation
