Key Purpose of Role
Actis is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to its Sustainability team, based in London. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across Actis and be fully embedded across the investment lifecycle—from product development through to investment realisation. Leveraging their expertise in sustainability, they will support value creation by assessing investment opportunities and partnering with portfolio company management teams to enhance sustainability performance.

The role includes contributing to Actis’ sustainability reporting and, where appropriate, representing the firm externally with investors and other stakeholders. The individual will bring the credibility and judgement to advise senior colleagues, alongside a mindset geared towards continuous learning and development.

The ideal candidate will be a sustainability specialist with relevant and practical professional experience. They will be results-driven, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working across diverse international markets. Relevant experience should include leading sustainability-focused investment due diligence, supporting decarbonisation initiatives, and driving value creation strategies within portfolio companies. Key Purpose of Role

This exciting opportunity will work closely and collaboratively with the existing FP&A team in EMEA and US. This individual will be a key contributor to help strengthening and further build out a world class financial modelling and forecasting team for the firm.

The role will involve performing consolidated analysis at both firm and fund strategy levels, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. The position plays a critical part in shaping the firm’s financial outlook by developing and maintaining detailed revenue models for existing and new products, forecasting income streams, and consolidating key financial metrics such as management fees, performance-related earnings, and investment income.

This hands-on role will support the build-up of the firm’s corporate long term financial models, forecasting long term developments, introductions of new products, impact on margins and key KPIs over a longer period. • Responsible for enhancing and maintaining detailed financial forecasting models for management fees, performance-related income, investment income, liquidity, and AUM/FEAUM at both consolidated and strategy/product levels.

General Atlantic is seeking an Associate-level Data Engineer to join the Data Strategy team. This role will report to the VP, Head of Data Engineering, and will work closely with senior data engineers, product managers, infrastructure, security, and application development teams.

This role will support the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based data pipelines, integration frameworks, and self-service data platforms. This role is ideal for a technically strong, highly curious engineer who is eager to grow their expertise in modern data engineering tools and best practices while contributing to enterprise-grade data solutions.

We are seeking a Treasury Senior Associate to join our Global Treasury team. This role will provide dedicated treasury operations support to the global treasury team and controllers across Europe and Asia, ensuring accurate payment execution, robust internal controls, and effective treasury system governance.

The ideal candidate will combine capital markets or banking experience with strong operational discipline and hands-on expertise with Kyriba. This role requires precision, strong cross-border coordination, and the ability to operate within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations & Payments

• Execute and oversee domestic and cross-border payments across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
• Partner closely with European and Asian fund controllers to support capital calls, distributions, investments, and operating expenses
• Assist treasury team with global cash and investment reporting and analysis
• Ensure proper payment approvals, documentation, and compliance with internal policies

Bank Account Management

• Coordinate bank account openings, closures, and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions with legal, compliance and accounting teams

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Banking, Accounting or Financial Operations, with exposure to treasury-related activities
