Program Overview
Galvanize invites current graduate students and recent graduates to apply for our 2026 Climate Investment Discovery Day in New York City. This program is designed to provide participants with an inside look at investing in the energy transition and the opportunity to engage directly with our investment professionals.

Galvanize Climate Solutions is expanding our on-site technology leadership in New York, where a significant portion of the firm and our senior executives are based. As IT Administrator, you’ll be the hands-on technologist in the NY office—owning white-glove executive support, site reliability, and day-to-day administration across our hybrid-cloud Microsoft 365 centric environment. You’ll partner closely with our SF team and advance our security and compliance posture as a regulated investment adviser. The Strategy Associate sits within the Galvanize Platform and plays a central role in advancing the firm’s investment capabilities and strategic growth.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role working closely with investment teams and senior leadership. The Associate develops cross-asset insights, supports firm-wide strategic initiatives, and engages externally with leaders across climate, industry, and finance.

This Director of Operations is based in Galvanize’s London office, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Investment Officer. The Investment Associate will be a core member of Galvanize’s Venture and Growth team. This role sits at the center of our effort to build scaled, category-defining companies that power the next era of energy and climate. Associates are active participants in theme development, investment execution, and portfolio value creation. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle: from identifying structural shifts across electrification, intelligence, and industrial systems, to underwriting companies positioned to lead those shifts, to supporting management teams as they scale. Our Venture and Growth strategy provides capital to commercially validated businesses with strong leadership, differentiated technology, and clear pathways to profitability. We focus on companies ready to move from product-market fit to scaled deployment in the real economy.
