You will be the visionary owner of Freenow by Lyft's groundbreaking customer care products, transforming call center experiences and operational workflows. This is a deeply hands-on role where you will operate at the intersection of innovation, partnering closely with Engineering, external vendors, and Operations to relentlessly build and optimize our industry-leading solutions.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Define the goals and north star for the team and own the roadmap to achieve domain outcomes.
- Own the chat and AI experience for riders and drivers, solving customer support problems through automation, along with help center experiences and back-office tools used by customer service agents.
- Collaborate with Product Managers across Rider, Driver, Marketplace, and New Business to prevent customer contacts.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including customer service operations and country teams, to align on goals and support localization across markets.
- Write clear product specifications and define requirements, prioritize the backlog, and drive execution with a dedicated engineering team.
- Design and iterate conversation flows and define effective escalation paths to human agents within the chat experience.
- Use data to identify opportunities and improve key metrics such as containment rate and customer satisfaction.
- Work with data and engineering on prompt tuning and intent mapping, evaluate response quality, and continuously improve resolution outcomes.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 3–6 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years relevant experience building customer support products.
- Must have domain expertise in Customer Care tool like Zendesk, Intercom or similar
- Startup or scale-up mindset; fast execution, high ownership, metrics focused
- Past experience building chat automation products using generative AI tools
- Experience building for European Customers
- Experience working in a company which is operations heavy

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
As the Go To Market Operations Manager, you will act as the strategic engine for Freenow by Lyft for Business, leading cross-functional coordination to align marketing and sales execution across all countries. Your daily adventures will include managing the architectural integrity of HubSpot and designing complex "logic engines" to automate the customer journey from lead capture to sales handoff.
You will execute technical lead routing strategies to ensure "speed to lead" targets are met while using AI-driven tools like Clay to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data enrichment. Beyond system maintenance, you will proactively identify accounts to launch automated Outbound Marketing (ABM) and re-engagement campaigns and perform weekly health audits across Salesforce and Salesloft to resolve data discrepancies.
Ultimately, you will serve as a technical liaison, translating complex automations into clear performance reports for senior leadership to ensure a scalable and efficient operational infrastructure
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience outbound Marketing.
- Expert-level, hands-on management of CRMs like HubSpot, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with automation tools like Clay, Cargo, or Zapier, ideally including basic scripting in JavaScript or Python.
- Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) models and tools that empower sales outbounding.
- Ability to serve as the primary contact for resolving tech stack issues and data friction.
- Excellence in technical translation and leading alignment meetings between Sales and Marketing teams.
- The ability to stay ahead of "MarTech" trends to keep the operational infrastructure competitive

The FinTech team in Freenow is responsible for the full monetary lifecycle for the leading European Taxi Marketplace, providing a seamless and trustful user experience for our passengers, driver companies as well as supply providers. This team owns the creation and reporting of our financial data to the company, especially to the financial teams. The FinTech team is continuously innovating and optimising our payment experiences with high quality UX, personalisation and going deeper in solving user problems, while providing a compliant product. They are primarily responsible for business metrics like Cost of Sales, cashless share of Wallet, Bad Debt creation to name a few.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
We are looking for a seasoned product leader with experience in leading a high-impact product organisation, deep experience in building and optimising FinTech marketplace products that create a compelling value proposition for the consumers and the business.
- Own the entire FinTech product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our high-scale European Marketplace across 9+ countries, acting as the commercial and technical owner of the full monetary lifecycle.
- Drive significant commercial impact by managing a multi-million Euro area of impact, leading strategic contract negotiations, and continuously optimizing the cost of sales of every transaction.
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on payment flows, fraud prevention, and complex European fiscal/invoicing regulations (e.g., VAT), ensuring domain compliance and state of the art experience.
- Lead three distinct Product teams to deploy cutting-edge, innovative features that maximize conversion and provide a seamless, trustworthy user experience.
- Master a complex stakeholder landscape, particularly translating detailed fiscal and regulatory requirements from the non-technical Finance Department into clear, actionable product requirements and securing executive buy-in.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Experience: 5-7+ years in product development experience with proven, deep-dive expertise in Online Payment Acceptance, Settlement, and Fiscal Services within a high-growth European Marketplace business model (B2C/B2B). Ideally with 3+ years in a leadership position.
- Domain Mastery: Deep technical understanding of a marketplace payment architecture (3DS, tokenization), advanced fraud prevention systems, and the technical implementation of VAT and financial reconciliation processes (ERP integration).
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated history of successful, data and growth-driven commercial product accountability of a marketplace product, resulting in significant improvements in unit economics or impactful new business.
- Strategic Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, coach, and scale multiple Product Managers, coupled with the executive presence to communicate and defend complex, regulated roadmaps to non tech- or payment regulation-affine senior stakeholders (Management, Finance or Legal).

- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, within a fast-paced environment on a multi million customer facing product such as mobility, food delivery etc
- Strong, proven experience with discovery and delivery. Proficient experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform and drive product decisions
- A passion for creating simple, user-friendly, and highly effective products.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate user problems, data evidence, target audience and suggested solutions.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, demonstrating a commitment to deeply understanding competitor actions and critically evaluating the Why and their relevance before adopting any approach.
- Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
