• HomeCare Sales Specialist I: connect and engage with people and start a relationship with those who are interested in having home care support for themselves or a loved one.
• Intake Specialist I: work closely with Patients and Caregivers to educate them and assist them on the application and enrollment process of our supported programs, with the goal of completing the eligibility process and onboarding them.
• Onboarding Specialist I: guide our patients and caregivers throughout the onboarding process of joining FreedomCare. This role will require you to conduct virtual or in person orientations.
• Care Support Specialist I: guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey while ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and feel heard and cared for.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess: 

• Customer service skills: Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations, empathize with customers, and solve problems. Ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue. Passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening and patience.

• Communication skills: Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to provide empathy and compassion to our patients and caregivers. 

• Soft skills: Candidates should have good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and be able to work well in a team. 

• Problem-solving: Candidates must be able to solve problems and stay calm under pressure. Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with eager customers comfortably, defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers successfully.
  
  
• Time management: Strong time management skills and being able to prioritize tasks. Must be able to meet and exceed expectations.

• Technology: Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues efficiently while notetaking/multitasking.
  
  
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once and manage multiple priorities as you assist our Patient and Caregivers through the process. 

These are hybrid positions that will require all employees to commute into our FreedomCare Nevada office 3 days per week. Our Nevada office is in Las Vegas right off of Flamingo!

This role will spend a good amount of time driving corrective action outcomes, partnering with leaders on improvement memos, and coaching on best practices related to the Company’s corrective action process
• Acts as point-of-contact for employee relations, which includes handling employee complaints, conflict resolution, interpreting company practices and policies to both people leaders and employee and gaining mutual agreement for a way forward
• Maintains a positive environment for employees, coaching for employee development, ensuring employees feel heard and valued
• Possesses strong knowledge of employment law and has a strong understanding of HR risk migration and best practices in a various of HR generalist areas with expertise for compliance in multiple states preferred (currently NY, CA, PA, MO, FL, NV and growing) 
• Assists People Partner team with key initiatives and projects which contribute to the company-wide enterprise

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:  

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources experience, working with multiple client groups
• Must have extensive experience with corrective/disciplinary action philosophy and practice  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in one-on-one settings and group settings; able to convey complex HR and legal concepts in straight-forward, caring and non-corporate language  
• Passion and successful track record for mentoring and coaching managers as well as employees 
• Experience supporting HR programs like career path, leveling, learning programs, calibrations; experience enabling managers to leverage these and other tools effectively  
• Ability to track projects and programs and move them forward to completion in a timely manner; ability to collaborate effectively with people across the business  
• Tech savvy and comfortable with data and multiple HR platforms  
• Adept at thinking outside the HR box and great at humanizing HR into what it is really intended for… supporting and developing people, creating a fulfilling work environment where we can all do and be our best

This is a hybrid role with 2 days remote and 3 days per week our Las Vegas, NV office. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. 

Department & Position Overview:

Working closely with clients, caregivers and departments across the business, your goal will be to provide a seamless Customer Service experience, while ensuring that our clients are receiving the care they need. You will receive excellent in-house training which will help you develop a thorough understanding of our program. Every Day You Will:

• Work closely with Patients and Caregivers to educate them and assist them on the application and enrollment process, with the goal of completing the eligibility process and onboarding the Patients and Caregivers to active Care status within 60 days of initial call to FreedomCare.  
• Provides necessary documentation and requirements with Nevada Medicaid, patients' insurance and the Patient’s Caregivers to ensure services are authorized in a quick and efficient turn-around time to get them on Care.  
• Work with other medical providers to ensure all documentation for potential patients and caregivers are in compliance.  
• Provide high-level customer service through one-call resolution, as measured by “no need for additional follow up” demonstrating FreedomCare’s values of ensuring care and compassion with a positive, helpful demeanor.  
• Consistently meets monthly performance metrics of starting patients on Care and call handling
• Be the initial point-of-contact for calls from prospective clients, caregivers or pending enrollees
• Manage a high open caseload until the enrollment process is complete
• Consistently meet monthly completed starts of care
• Provide exceptional customer service and positive experience for potential patients/caregivers
• Regular communication with a variety of health plans regarding patient benefits and authorizations
• Navigate multiple systems and portals to determine eligibility and obtain authorization

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Must be able to commute into Las Vegas, NV office 3 times a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and a third day), this is a hybrid role
• Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Motivated to help patients/caregivers with the drive to exceed open case targets and metrics
• Must have poise and patience when dealing with clients
• Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to comfortably resolve issues over the telephone
