As a Services Consulting Specialist (SCS), you will serve as the strategic bridge between our Sales and Professional Services teams — supporting prospects through scoping, risk assessment, and requirements gathering while ensuring a smooth, seamless handoff from Sales into Implementation. This is a full-cycle role spanning both net new business development and expansion within our existing customer base. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs. As a Senior Forward Deployment Engineer, you sit at the intersection of software engineering and customer impact. You build and deploy AI-powered integration and agentic workflow solutions directly with enterprise customers — from the first technical discovery conversation through post-launch enhancements. We're seeking an experienced Associate Director of Customer Engineering to lead our technical integration team in delivering complex, enterprise-grade integrations for Fortune 500 customers. The Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of FourKites' customer implementations, enabling Fortune 500 companies to connect our AI-powered platform with their enterprise systems. Working in close partnership with Professional Services, the team architects and delivers complex integrations spanning ERP, OMS, WMS, and TMS platforms—turning data silos into unified supply chain intelligence. As FourKites evolves toward AI-first solutions with agentic capabilities, this team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow, integration reliability, and technical excellence that powers autonomous decision-making and real-time orchestration.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $170,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus and incentive compensation as well as participation in FourKites' employee stock option program.

FourKites is looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team! You will provide the best customer experience by building a consultative relationship with your book of business in order to grow and retain customers. You will have a strong partnership with our Sales team, as you help your customers meet their business objectives while identifying new opportunities to expand the FourKites footprint. As the owner of the day-to-day management of your customers, you will become their go-to expert in all things FourKites. From training your customers on the FourKites platform, to creating actionable goals for ways that they can optimize their supply chain, you are responsible for creating customers who are delighted in their utilization and adoption of our product.
