This role is energized by the sales process, thrives in a field-based environment, and is motivated by turning community engagement into measurable growth. You are proactive, organized, and creatively persistent in identifying new partnership opportunities. You build trust quickly, follow through consistently, and understand how to balance mission-driven work with performance accountability.
You are comfortable working independently, thinking strategically about your territory, and maintaining strong visibility in your market. You don’t wait for referrals — you activate them.
Please note: this role is focused on building and activating/maintaining referral relationships across Philadelphia County and surrounding areas. Additionally, adaptability to meet the needs of referral partners across healthcare settings. The Partner Engagement Specialist will adjust to later working hours (e.g., 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) at least twice per month to engage hospital night-shift staff and after-hours discharge planners. Additionally, one or more weekend days per month may be worked in exchange for weekdays off, in coordination with the direct manager, to ensure consistent market visibility and accessibility.
Compensation range: $60-100k, this salary range reflects total compensation, which includes base compensation and bonus payouts, however it is not inclusive of benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
