Who we’re looking for:
The Peer Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and recovery‑oriented clinic environment. This role combines front desk operations, peer support, and administrative responsibilities to support smooth daily clinic functioning.
Please note, this position is in-person Monday through Friday at our Paramus, NJ office. The compensation range is $22-25/hr, this salary range reflects total compensation but it is not inclusive of benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
What you’ll be doing:
- Facility management including opening the office, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and reporting maintenance needs.
- Maintain and document compliance logs in alignment with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
- Greet and check in clients and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and trauma‑informed experience.
- Manage front desk operations including phones, messages, and real‑time scheduling support for client needs.
- Coordinate supply ordering and inventory to ensure clinic materials and forms are consistently available.
- Process and track medical record requests, ensuring confidentiality and timely release of information.
- Complete and monitor UDS uploads and related documentation in the electronic health record or designated system.
- Facilitate new client orientation, explaining clinic processes, group schedules, rights and responsibilities, and available support resources.
- Conduct outreach calls to clients missing from group, encouraging engagement and problem‑solving barriers to attendance.
- Attend and, as appropriate, co‑facilitate peer groups, modeling recovery principles and supporting group norms.
- Collaborate with clinical, medical, and billing teams to ensure accurate documentation, scheduling, and follow‑up.
What you'll need:
- Lived experience of recovery (SUD or MH) and willingness to share appropriately in a professional setting
- Prior experience in behavioral health, medical front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with comfort using EMR and basic office software.

Who we’re looking for:
A passionate, dedicated, sharp mental health provider who wants to be part of a growing, collaborative team. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for working directly with our clinical leadership and leading our West Deptford, NJ team to help build out a best-in-class clinical program, that will be delivered in person and via telehealth, that is designed specifically to treat addiction and mental health conditions for the populations we serve. Please note, all clinical positions require a minimum of two evening shifts per week, which may be in person based on the community need. This is a primarily in-person role.
Compensation range: $85-100k, this salary range reflects base compensation, which is not inclusive of potential bonuses, benefits, and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
What you’ll be doing:
Program Development and Management
- Directly manages, supports, and develops clinicians and interns on staff.
- Responsible for clinical compliance in accordance with accreditation and licensing standards, including assisting with any quality audits and/or reviews.
- Identifies, develops, evaluates, and implements new evidence-based programs of the highest-quality that supports the needs of the populations we serve to promote health and wellness while also promoting growth of the program and the brand.
- Develops training and programming to deliver high quality and effective OP and IOP services.
- Creates programs and initiatives that address social/economic/health inequalities using Population Health tools and strategies for the communities that we serve.
- Partners with the leadership and junior staff to develop training and education programs for local and regional partners.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to other clinicians on the team to support in the design, development, and the delivery of our programming.
- Responsible for tracking clinical capacity and potential needs to meet community demand.
- Manage a program budget and expenses for workforce.
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations within the clinic.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Facilitate outpatient and intensive outpatient programs and services for Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health conditions (i.e. post-traumatic stress disorder), such as group, individual and family therapy as well as case management for caseload of individual client services.
- Responsible for assessing and diagnosing clients for substance abuse and mental health needs using DSM criteria.
- Completion of Initial and Follow-up Assessments for clients, as well as assessing for appropriate level of care.
- Obtain and review records relevant to the current treatment episode, and contact relevant referral sources, family or outside systems as needed.
- Prepare (as needed) and maintain treatment plan and necessary revisions, in conjunction with the case manager.
- Coordinate with treatment team and provide comprehensive recommendations for discharge.
- Documentation of all counseling services and communications in the clinical records.
- Maintain all necessary logs required for administrative tracking.
- Complete relevant state-required work for clients on your caseload.
- Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team assigned to the client and participate in case management meetings.
- Conduct individual and group counseling.
- Communicate with family members, attorneys, EAPs, doctors or other outside resources, as needed, within provision of consent to release documents, and document all communications.
- Initiate releases, contracts for safety or any other necessary documents as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and other functions as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as an independently licensed mental health professional (i.e. LCSW, LPC, Psy.D., Ph.D., LMFT)
- LCADC is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with SUDs/MH required.
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory/management experience required.
- Strong IOP experience preferred; experience creating and launching new IOP programs is a plus.
- Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) certification a plus.
- EMDR certification a plus.

Who we're looking for:
A passionate, dedicated, sharp mental health provider who wants to be part of a growing, collaborative team. As a Clinician, you will be providing best in class mental health services that will be delivered in person and via telehealth, designed specifically to treat addiction and mental health conditions for the populations we serve. This position sits in our West Deptford, NJ office and reports directly to our Clinic Director. As a client centered organization, your schedule will be aligned with the needs of the community and determined in conjunction with your direct manager. Please note: all clinical positions are in person Monday-Friday, and require a minimum of two evening shifts per week.
Compensation range: $60-85k. This salary range reflects total compensation, which includes base compensation, but does not include benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on licensure, skills, experience, and location.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy
- Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning
- Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups and support admissions as programming launches
- Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic
- Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to coordinate care
- Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT
- Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations
- Experience with group facilitation preferred
- Experience in IOP settings and/or Medicare credentialing preferred
- Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards

Please note: all clinical positions are in hybrid Monday-Friday, and require a minimum of two evening shifts per week.
What you'll be doing:
- Facilitates intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and services for Mental Health conditions, and substance use disorder, including individual and family therapy, as well as case management for a caseload of individual client services.
- Responsible for assessing client for co-occurring and mental health needs using DSM criteria.
- Completion of Initial Assessments for clients, as well as assessing for appropriate level of care.

An independent, forward thinking, and mission-driven Clinical professional who wants to be part of a collaborative team between Forge Health and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. Aligned with our core community at Forge, the Foundation also honors our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.
As the Veterans Services Licensed Clinician, you will provide behavioral health services to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation's Memphis Veterans Village, which provides permanent affordable housing and comprehensive supportive services to men and women veterans who were previously struggling with homelessness. This is an in-person, unique opportunity for a clinician who thrives working in a robust outpatient setting providing individual services, identifying potential groups, conducting intakes, and working collectively alongside the T2T care team.
Please note, this position is fully in-person, and will require on-call responsibilities. This position is located in Memphis, TN.

Who we're looking for:
An independent, forward thinking, and mission-driven Clinical professional who wants to be part of a collaborative team between Forge Health and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. Aligned with our core community at Forge, the Foundation also honors our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.
As the Veterans Services Licensed Clinician, you will provide behavioral health services to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation's Charleston Veterans Village, which provides permanent affordable housing and comprehensive supportive services to men and women veterans who were previously struggling with homelessness. This is an in-person, unique opportunity for a clinician who thrives working in a robust outpatient setting providing individual services, identifying potential groups, conducting intakes, and working collectively alongside the T2T care team.
Please note, this position is fully in-person, and will require on-call responsibilities. This position is located in North Charleston, SC.
Compensation range: $70-80k, plus a flat on-call stipend for after-hours calls. This salary range reflects total compensation, which includes base compensation, however it is not inclusive of benefits and other company perks. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Who we’re looking for:
Forge Health seeks a collaborative Medical Director to support our growing clinical teams in outpatient (OP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings. This role emphasizes day-to-day medical supervision of psychiatric nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), direct patient care, and clinical collaboration, reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
We prefer board-eligible/certified candidates with fellowship training in Addictions or Consultation-Liaison (C/L) Psychiatry, 1-3 years post-residency experience, and expertise in substance use disorders; new graduates with strong leadership interest are encouraged.
Please note: this position can be performed remotely, but the successful candidate will be located in NJ, NY, or PA.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide day-to-day clinical supervision to PMHNPs, including chart reviews, case consultations, complex medication management support, and performance feedback to uphold evidence-based care.
- Deliver direct psychiatric care to patients (initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-up appointments, and IOP treatment) for adults. Patients are moderately-to-severely ill, and include those dealing with general mental health concerns, substance use / co-occurring disorders, and complex medical comorbidities.
- Collaborate with the CMO on clinical initiatives, quality assurance, evidence-based protocols, and regulatory compliance; partner with therapists and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated OP/IOP treatment plans.
- Support staff education on psychiatric and addiction topics, maintain accurate EMR documentation; and participate in supervision meetings, case reviews, and peer consultations.
What you’ll need:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school with completed psychiatry residency; board eligible/certified by ABPN.
- Fellowship training or expertise in Addictions or C/L Psychiatry strongly preferred, with required experience in substance use and co-occurring psychiatric disorders.
- 1-3 years post-residency outpatient experience preferred; prior NP supervision ideal, though new graduates with clinical acumen are welcome.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in NY, NJ, or PA (multiple states preferred); willingness to obtain additional licenses.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and familiarity with collaborative care models, measurement-based care, and interventional treatments (e.g., Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation – TMS).
