Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process daily billings to ensure client invoices are accurate, consistent with contractual requirements and issued on a timely basis

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Director of Indirect Tax to lead our indirect tax function. This position reports to the Chief Accounting Officer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SaaS, telecom tax and regulatory filings, a strong understanding of US sales/use tax, Canadian GST/HST, International VAT/GST, and experience with FCC/USAC filings. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all indirect tax laws and regulations, as well as identifying and implementing tax-saving strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of three indirect tax professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of indirect tax compliance for SaaS/Telecom products, including the preparation and filing of transactional tax returns, US Sales/Use Tax, Canadian GST/HST, and other provincial filings.
- Manage and ensure timely and accurate filing of all state and federal regulatory filings, such as FCC/USAC reports, State PSC reports, and Canadian CRTC filings.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax positions.
- Provide tax guidance on new product introductions and service offerings, ensuring that all tax implications are identified and addressed.
- Monitor changes in telecom and indirect tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company's systems and processes are updated accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and consultants.
- Lead and support the company during federal, state, and local telecom and indirect tax audits.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, accounting, and business operations, to provide tax support and guidance.
- Develop and maintain internal controls over tax processes to ensure SOX compliance.
- Streamline and automate tax workflows and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in indirect tax, with a focus on the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated experience with FCC/USAC filings and telecom tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian GST/HST regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA and/or Master of Science in Taxation.
- Experience with Avalara tax automation software.
- Experience working in a corporate tax department or a public accounting firm.

Job Description
- Responsible for certain month-end close, reconciliation and reporting procedures.
- Perform the day-to day accounting processes and procedures relating to, but not limited to fixed assets, prepaids, payroll, and certain accruals.
- Perform tasks associated with the general ledger, (i.e., enters monthly journal entries).
- Perform monthly reconciliations and account analysis for designated balance sheet accounts and certain operating accounts.
- Review daily bank activities and assist the GL team with bank reconciliations.
- Assist on quarterly reviews and year-end audit procedures with external auditors.
- Assist with SOX controls and facilitate PBCs for external and internal auditors.
- Assist with technical accounting, as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as requested.
- Interfaces with other departments to determine the monthly accruals and other monthly journal entries, especially relating to closing activities. Communicate with the employee population regarding relevant accounting issues.
- Review and prepare international month close packages for foreign subsidiaries.
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality continuously.

The Tax Manager will have dual reporting responsibility to chief Accounting Officer and Sr. Director of Indirect Taxes and will be responsible for overseeing all direct US and all International tax activities. The Tax Manager ensures company is tax compliant and stays current with regulatory changes. Takes initiative by improving and owning tax related activities.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with advisors and manage the preparation or review of quarterly and annual tax provision calculation under ASC 740 including all international tax components, such as GILTI, BEAT, FDII, Subpart F, Foreign tax credit, forecasting support and reviewing foreign tax provision calculations.
- Manage the preparation, review, and filing of corporate income tax returns across multiple jurisdictions (U.S. federal, state, and international).
- Responsible for review, validation and SOX controls for all Corporate and International tax workpapers including tax provision, tax returns, tax planning & projections, and tax extensions prepared by outsourced public accounting firm.
- Responsible for working with state, local, federal, and international tax authorities and/or advisors on direct taxation matters to resolve tax issues.
- Assist with implementing global tax projects/planning initiatives as requested
- Oversee International indirect tax compliance, including VAT, GST, and other transactional taxes.
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate tax-related journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures.
- Assist with deferred tax calculations, uncertain tax positions, and effective tax rate analysis.
- Take the lead in compiling audit support, prepare summaries.
- Gather, analyze, and coordinate accurate VAT reporting with external bookkeepers including VAT registrations as we expand globally
- Maintain tax calendar to track domestic and international filing deadlines.
- Maintains current knowledge regarding tax laws and changes and its impact to the company.

This is a pivotal role where you will be a key player in the administration of our global equity programs. What You'll Do
As our Global Equity Manager, you will be empowered to:
- Manage Core Equity Functions: Including the end-to-end administration of our international equity programs, such as processing new RSU/PRSU grants, RSU/PRSU releases and associated tax withholdings, and ESPP purchases.
- Support Public Company Compliance: Provide required SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5) and Rule 144.
- Provide Guidance and Support to Executive Team: Review prospective 10b5-1 trading plans and track Ownership Guideline Compliance for section16 Officers; and serve as a key partner to our Legal team in upholding the Insider Trading Policy.
- Serve as a Cross-Functional Liaison: Function as a primary contact for our Transfer Agent, brokers, and internal teams. You will provide critical equity expertise and support to our Legal, Finance, Global Payroll, and People teams.
- Prepare Key Financial Reports: Prepare essential documentation for our annual Proxy statement, including Pay vs. Performance calculations and equity tables, and assist with the annual D&O Questionnaire process.

This highly visible role requires collaboration across departments, precision in transactional processing, and adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements. You will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate payment cycles and employee expense support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices in NetSuite and/or Coupa, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and timely payments
- Review and reconcile vendor statements; resolve discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Support month-end close by ensuring all AP transactions are posted accurately and on time
- Review and process employee expense reports in Expensify; ensure compliance with T&E policy
- Audit 1,000+ receipts monthly for compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA) and T&E policies
- Maintain accurate transaction records; assist with audit support (internal/external) as needed
- Communicate with employees to resolve receipt issues and policy questions
- Escalate repeat non-compliance cases to finance management
- Assist with vendor onboarding and maintaining accurate supplier records

Senior Revenue Accountant- PH

To complement our rapid growth, we are seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant, based in our Philippines office. This position can be fully remote. The person in this role should be a strong communicator who is able to work effectively with peers and management alike in a high-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who has accounting, strong technical accounting experience and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in month end and quarter end close activities, including reconciliation, flux analysis and journal entries for revenue, deferred revenue and accounts receivable related accounts.
- Assist in preparation of SEC disclosures such as remaining performance obligations.
- Support financial and Sarbanes-Oxley audits including support documentation, and communication with external auditors.
- Assist in system implementation projects, such as NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) and perform UAT.
- Assist on customer contract review and assessment.
- Ensure revenue recognition is in accordance with company policy and SaaS revenue recognition accounting standards.
- Support and participate in revenue accounting as well as order to cash cycle related projects.
Qualifications:
- This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance or related field, minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA is required, Big 4/Public Accounting experience.
- Revenue Recognition experience including adoption of ASC 606
- Experience of working with Salesforce, and NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Software/SaaS industry experience is preferred.
- Must have solid verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Amenable to work US time or night shift schedule.
