ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Product Manager is a steward of the Filson product—responsible for building assortments that honor our legacy while pushing the business forward. This role owns a portion of the seasonal line plan from concept through market, ensuring every product serves a purpose, tells a story, and delivers against the needs of the customer. 

You’ll sit at the center of the work—partnering across Design, Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing—to bring products to life that are built without compromise. This role requires equal parts instinct and analysis: understanding the customer, reading the market, and making decisions that balance craftsmanship with commercial performance. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Build and own seasonal line plans that deliver on revenue, margin, and productivity goals while staying true to Filson’s standards of quality and utility  
• Identify opportunities for growth through a deep understanding of the customer, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends  
• Partner with Design to develop products that are functional, durable, and unmistakably Filson  
• Work closely with Sales to align on assortment strategy, pricing architecture, and market needs across wholesale and direct channels  
• Support sell-in by contributing to product storytelling, assortment strategy, and key account conversations  
• Help define how the line comes to life across channels—Wholesale, DTC, and eCommerce—ensuring consistency and clarity in the marketplace  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Manufacturing to bring products from concept to customer  
• Drive execution across all Go-to-Market milestones, ensuring timelines are met and details are dialed  
• Hold a high bar for accuracy and operational discipline across systems, tools, and processes  
• Continuously look for ways to improve how we work—simplifying processes and strengthening cross-functional collaboration  
• Contribute to a strong team environment by mentoring others and leading through accountability and example  

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 5+ years of experience in product management, merchandising, or product line management within outdoor, lifestyle, or consumer goods brands  
• A strong product instinct—knowing what belongs in the line, what doesn’t, and why  
• Proven ability to translate consumer insights and market data into clear product strategies  
• Experience building assortments that balance storytelling, functionality, and commercial performance  
• Strong analytical skills paired with sound judgment and attention to detail  
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without ego  
• Clear, direct communicator who can align teams and drive decisions forward  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM or merchandising systems is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The IT Support Technician provides timely technical assistance to Filson’s corporate, manufacturing, logistics, and retail teams. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues related to endpoint hardware, software, networks, and related systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. 

In this role, you will provide Tier 1–2 technical support while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, support system deployments, and maintain reliable technology tools that enable employees across the organization to do their best work. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, chat, or in person, providing step-by-step troubleshooting and resolution. 
• Diagnose hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues using remote support tools and troubleshooting methodologies. 
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems (Windows and macOS), applications, and peripherals. 
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or engineering teams as needed. 
• Document support interactions, resolutions, and processes within the knowledge base and ticketing systems. 
• Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and training materials. 
• Support end users by providing guidance on technology best practices and self-service tools. 
• Assist with system deployments, hardware setups, and technology migrations across corporate and operational environments. 
• Monitor system performance and assist with asset tracking and device inventory. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and improve IT support processes. 
• Stay current on system updates, security patches, and emerging technologies. 

 QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 
• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or a customer-facing IT support role. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows and macOS troubleshooting, mobile device management (Microsoft Intune), and basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP). 
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira and remote support tools. 
• Familiarity with endpoint device setup, system configuration, and user account management. 
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or similar) or database concepts is a plus. 
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications are strongly valued. 
• Strong attention to detail coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Production Planner is responsible for full vendor management, purchase order management, and product deliveries. They will work closely with Merchandising, Product Development, and Logistics to execute the inventory plan and manage delivery objectives. They will collaborate with internal and external vendors to maintain delivery schedules and deadlines. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage purchase orders lifecycle
• Manage vendor ASNs in Outlook and NetSuite for on-time shipping and delivery 
• Cultivates relationship with external vendors 
• Lead weekly Work-In-Progress and delivery date discussions with external vendors 
• Troubleshoot delivery delays, identifying risks to the sales plan, and resolve with cross functional business partners and vendors
• Coordinate on time delivery with Logistics, balancing vendor supplied dates with Logistics supplied dates 
• Partners with Sourcing, Product Development, and Merch Planning teams to ensure adherence to seasonal milestones and calendar deadlines 
• Manage and resolve short term demand changes 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to project raw material, greige demand, and vendor needs as needed 
• Manage SMS seasonal demands for on time delivery by working with cross-functional teams and vendors 
• Ensure accuracy across WIP reports, tracker, and internal ERP system

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 3-5 years experience in supply chain, production planning, or comparable analytical role
• Expert level Excel skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data 
• Production management experience, both domestic and international vendors preferred 
• Ability to manage and mine data from multiple sources  
• Ability to quickly adapt and reprioritize based on the business needs 
• Detail oriented individual with a focus on accuracy 
• Proactive individual who is solution oriented and maintains ownership of the accounts and orders they manage 
• Problem-solver

We are seeking a highly creative, technically fluent Designer to support and drive design across apparel, luggage, bags, and accessories. This role blends deep respect for heritage with a modern, AI-enabled design process—supporting cross-functional teams with fast, expressive visual storytelling and disciplined, production-ready execution.

This designer understands design history, manufacturing reality, and modern tools—and can move fluidly between all three.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop apparel, bags, luggage, and accessories from concept through production
• Use AI tools fluently to generate, iterate, and refine design concepts, illustrations, and visual narratives
• Support cross-functional categories with AI-driven sketches, renderings, and concept visuals to accelerate alignment and decision-making
• Manage styles within PLM, including creation and ongoing updates of tech packs, BOMs, measurements, and construction details
• Partner closely with Product Development to ensure designs are executable—supporting PD with informed decisions around washes, finishes, materials, and construction techniques
• Demonstrate strong understanding of garment and soft goods construction, including stitch types, seam finishes, reinforcements, and durability requirements
• Confidently toggle between performance-driven materials (technical synthetics, coatings, laminations) and classic heritage materials (natural fibers, waxed fabrics, leathers, twills, wools)
• Drive research & development in bags, luggage, and accessories—materials, hardware, finishes, and functional innovation
• Speak fluent “factory talk”—able to collaborate directly with manufacturers and problem-solve within real production constraints

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations across Filson, Shinola, and Bedrock Manufacturing Co., ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing for multi-state, hourly and salaried employee populations.

This role serves as the subject matter expert for payroll practices, tax compliance, audits, and system optimization, while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external payroll vendors. The Payroll Manager will lead payroll administration, improve processes, and support the growth and scalability of payroll operations across the organization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, solutions-driven payroll leader with strong technical expertise, a high degree of integrity, and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a multi-entity environment, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and balances accuracy with a positive employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state and local payroll, wage and hour laws
• Manage payroll inquiries and issues, ensuring timely, compliant resolutions
• Review and approve payroll related journal entries and reconciliations
• Audit, reconcile and fund 401(k) contributions associated with each payroll. Research and resolve discrepancies real time
• Fulfill external audit requests and support business partners through ad-hoc reporting and regular reconciliations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll vendors and third-party providers
• Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end processes (including W-2s and related reporting)
• Partner closely with HR on employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, benefits deductions, leave administration, and compensation changes
• Develop, document, and maintain payroll SOPs and internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 3+ years in a management role
• Proven success leading payroll functions in multi payroll cycle companies
• Hands on experience with ADP
• Prior experience implementing payroll/HRIS systems a plus
• Prior experience supporting multiple brands or legal entities strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
