About The Role
This is a highly visible executive seat. As VP of Recruiting, you’ll work directly with our CEO and COO to shape the growth of every team in the company. Your mandate isn’t to simply “fill seats.” It’s to raise the caliber of talent across the entire business — building a machine that consistently delivers world-class hires who raise the bar, strengthen the culture, and give Files.com an unfair advantage against competitors who are larger, richer, and slower.
This is a hands-on executive role. You’ll be both strategist and builder: setting long-term vision while also delivering immediate impact. That means:
