As a Security Engineer you will identify and drive impactful projects to improve the security of Figma’s product, platform, and IT systems. We are hiring for multiple teams within Security Engineering: AI Security, Platform Security, Product Security, and Anti-Abuse. This is a remote first role. 

You will partner closely with teams across the company and focus on systemic security improvements and risk reduction. You will also participate in operational security responsibilities like security reviews, consulting, vulnerability triage, and security incident response.

We’re looking for a Product Demo Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio. This is a highly visual, product-forward role focused on crafting compelling demos that bring Figma’s capabilities to life. You’ll design demo experiences, flows, and product vignettes that show—not just tell—what’s possible in Figma, whether that’s for executive presentations, keynotes, or product launch films.

This role sits at the intersection of product design, storytelling, and brand. You’ll need expert design instincts, deep curiosity about our products, and a knack for finding the most interesting use-cases and “aha” moments worth sharing with our audience. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment—constantly exploring new creative tools, techniques, and workflows, especially emerging AI-powered tools, and thinking about how they can expand what demos look like and how quickly they can be produced. You will own the end-to-end SEC reporting process, oversee technical accounting matters across a broad range of areas, and play a key role in maintaining a strong SOX control environment. This is a highly visible player/coach role—ideal for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves during filing cycles and leading a high-performing team. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Tax, Corporate Accounting, Strategic Finance, and executive leadership to navigate complex and evolving accounting scenarios while enabling the business to move forward.
