Figma’s Tax team is growing, and we’re looking for a Tax Manager to help scale and strengthen our tax operations. In this role, you’ll support core tax accounting and compliance processes while partnering cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment across the business. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and support strategic initiatives as the company grows.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Prepare and oversee preparation of quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures
- Review tax-related disclosures in 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings for accuracy and completeness
- Establish and monitor internal controls over financial reporting (SOX) related to tax
- Coordinate with external auditors on tax provision reviews and audit support
- Support the monthly and quarterly close by preparing tax journal entries and reconciling tax-related accounts
- Manage and review US federal, state, and local income tax filings prepared by external advisors, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage tax audits and respond to notices
- Contribute to tax-related projects, including planning initiatives, entity restructuring, and M&A activities
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 6+ years of corporate tax experience in industry and/or public accounting (e.g., Big 4)
- Strong knowledge of US federal and multistate corporate income tax compliance

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-quality SOX program while helping create something from the ground up: an IT risk management function and operational audit capability at one of the most recognized design companies in the world. The Manager of IT Internal Audit (Risk & Ops) will support Figma's IT SOX compliance program and, in partnership with the Head of Internal Audit, develop the IT risk management and risk-based operational audit workstreams. The right candidate brings compliance rigor and the intellectual curiosity to work in greenfield territory, where the playbook does not yet exist.

What you’ll do at Figma:
- Execute the IT SOX compliance program: ITGC and ITAC testing, deficiency management, remediation tracking, and SOX documentation. Coordinate with external auditors and co-sourced resources throughout the audit cycle.
- Provide technical support in the assessment, design, and implementation of IT General Controls and IT Application Controls in collaboration with GRC and IT management. Participate in system upgrades and implementations to ensure controls over financial reporting are adequately identified and addressed.
- Lead IT risk conversations with management and contribute to the IT risk register. Support the buildout of Figma's IT risk management program, including risk identification methodology, assessment frameworks, and leadership reporting.
- Contribute to risk updates for the Audit Committee and senior leadership as it relates to the IT risk landscape, including emerging technology risks such as cloud, SaaS, and AI.
- Develop a risk-based operational audit plan and implement audits across IT and business process areas, including where no prior year workpapers exist. Issue findings with risk ratings and actionable recommendations; track remediation to closure.
- Build audit programs from scratch, prepare clear and concise audit reports, and present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 6+ years in IT audit, IT risk management, or a combination thereof
- IT SOX compliance experience with hands-on ownership of ITGCs, ITACs, and Segregation of Duties
- Experience performing operational or integrated audits, including in environments without established playbooks
- Knowledge of PCAOB/SEC requirements and audit frameworks, including CISA, CIA, or CISM certifications
- Ability to collaborate across Internal Audit and cross-functional teams (GRC, IT, Finance, Legal, Business Systems)

Figma's IT team is looking for an AV Manager to help set the gold standard of AV and events for the company. As a Senior Technical Revenue Analyst you will be a critical part of the Company’s month-end close processes, reporting, and operational procedures. - Engage with cross-functional departments to provide expert knowledge of ASC606 or IFRS 15 guidance for complex revenue contracts and transactions
- Close process involvement: contract review, posting journal entries, slide deck presentations.

As we scale, we're looking for a Director of IT to lead and grow three critical functions: IT Operations, IT Engineering, and AI Enablement. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing team of 20+ across IT Operations, IT Engineering, and AI strategy, including managers and senior ICs across each function
- Own the strategy and execution of Figma's internal IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across our global workforce and office environments
- Partner with Figma's AI team to define and guide an internal AI enablement strategy, finding opportunities to embed AI-powered tools and workflows across IT and the broader business
- Establish and track KPIs across IT disciplines, using data to drive continuous improvement in system uptime, ticket resolution, employee satisfaction, and infrastructure performance
- Own IT vendor relationships, participate in contract negotiations and budget planning, ensuring the company has the right tools to meet current needs and future growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Legal, People, and Finance to ensure IT systems meet compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as an escalation point and executive sponsor for major incidents, infrastructure migrations, and large-scale IT initiatives
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role running multiple teams or functions
- Consistent track record of scaling IT Operations and IT Engineering organizations in a fast-growing technology company
- Deep technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, SaaS tooling, endpoint management, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks
- Experience partnering on or directly leading AI or automation initiatives within an IT or enterprise technology context
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Experience at a product-led, design, or SaaS company with a distributed or hybrid-first workforce
- Experience in IT security or compliance domains such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP, and comfort partnering with Security teams on audits and controls
- Experience leading large scale change management initiatives, such as system migrations, tooling consolidations, or workforce transitions at scale

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant that will work in our International Accounting department, reporting into the Director, International Accounting,
This role will be a hybrid role, based in Dublin.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Perform month-end close activities including balance sheet recons for Figma’s international entities, posting of journals and monthly flux analysis
- Responsible for reporting requirements under U.S. GAAP
- Liaise with external auditors and support the Statutory audit process
- Support the roll out of international expansion projects and implementation of new accounting systems
- Support specific accounting projects related to automation and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with the US team to ensure alignment with company expectations and standards
- Build strong business partnerships with key budget owners and manage global 3rd party service providers including managing process change updates
- Support ad-hoc activities and projects as they arise

- Proven experience in an accounting role with a strong understanding in industry, like minded companies
- Experience with managing and completing month end close
- Experience in statutory reporting processes
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA) minimum 2 years PQE

- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
