About the Role: 

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with your Regional Lead to develop, launch, and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with your Regional Lead to develop, launch, and manage Fever Originals experiences from concept to execution. The role combines project management, commercial development, and strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on venue negotiations, relationship management, and networking within the local entertainment and events ecosystem.

When you join Fever, you will receive training and coaching to help you:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including sourcing venues, partners, and collaborators for new event concepts
• Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations, securing optimal terms and building long-term partnerships with strategic venues
• Ensure the  financial and operational feasibility of our events by analyzing and reporting on key metrics
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing ticket sales strategies and identifying opportunities to expand event reach
• Analyze business performance, including P&L tracking, forecasting, and operational efficiency improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful event launches and smooth operations
• Scale successful experiences across additional cities and markets by building replicable operational models
• Ensure high-quality experiences, maintaining strong standards for customer satisfaction and operational delivery

About You: 

We are looking for someone who combines a strong commercial mindset, relationship-building abilities, and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to developing partnerships and growing the business.

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, partnerships, or similar roles (this role is not primarily suited for traditional event planners)
• German on a native level as well as fluency in English with excellent communication skills 
• Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to build meaningful partnerships: you’re not afraid of picking up the phone and pitching to potential new partners
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple workstreams to successful completion.
• Resilient and results-driven, able to perform under pressure, take ownership, and manage several high-impact projects in parallel.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with venues, partners, brands, and stakeholders
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making
• Highly solution-oriented, able to identify challenges and develop practical strategies to resolve them
• Ability to work and thrive in fast-paced environments and willingness to grow within the organization

Our Hiring Process: 

• A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit and answer any questions you may have

• Find the right ways of collaboration around ticketing, performance marketing, and data optimization, and negotiate deals and contracts with partners, ensuring value creation for both parties.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., project management, marketing, data analytics, product) to successfully deliver on our partners' growth across the DACH market and internationally.
• Keep up to date with everything exciting that’s happening in the live entertainment landscape; think of yourself as the expert for new and trending experiences.

ABOUT YOU
Here’s what you should bring to the table:

• 5+ years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in top-tier strategy consulting (MBB) or a strong entrepreneurial / commercial background (founder, early-stage operator, or senior business development manager).
• Proven track record leading high-stakes commercial initiatives, partnerships, or revenue-driving projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sales and partnership development ability - comfortable owning a pipeline, negotiating high-value deals, and managing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, structured approach, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter, highly autonomous, and thrives in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal, C2 level), with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
