The Role

As a Tax Specialist for Latin America region you will be playing a key role within Fever's Tax practice working closely with the Tax Manager and rest of the team, helping with the global tax compliance and tax strategy of the Group. Experience working with direct and indirect taxes or accounting under the jurisdiction of countries within the LATAM region is recommendable.

You will be expected to demonstrate ownership and proactivity getting things done in the tax area of a global high-growth business.

What You’ll Do

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist in the indirect and direct tax compliance processes in all relevant jurisdictions for LATAM
• Research and analyse specific indirect and direct taxation matter and provide tailored advice
• Identify risks and potential tax planning opportunities
• Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate taxation provisioning
• Collaborate with third-party service providers as requiredWork with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation laws
• Support all indirect and direct tax audits / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third-party providers and local finance teams)
• Preparation of applications for taxation rulings, tax incentives and tax exemptions where available
• Provision of advice to senior management on taxation risks and appropriate transaction structures concerning acquisitions
• Contribute to the improvements and the solutions of tax processes
• Contribute to the expansion of the company in LATAM

Who You Are

In order to be successful in this role, you will:

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industry
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Tax or Law;
• Proven tax and accounting knowledge and familiar to work with other jurisdictions
• You are a detail-oriented and organised worker
• Be fluent in written and spoken English

The Global Tax Credits & Incentives Lead will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing tax credit, incentive, and grant opportunities across all jurisdictions where Fever operates. This role will ensure that Fever systematically leverages available regimes (e.g., R&D credits, entertainment incentives, employment incentives, investment incentives, innovation regimes) in a compliant, efficient, and scalable way.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities 

• Proactively identify opportunities in existing and new markets, quantify potential benefits, and prioritize opportunities based on impact and feasibility. Map and maintain a global inventory of relevant tax credits, incentives, grants, and relief regimes (e.g., R&D, innovation, IP, investment, employment, regional incentives).
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of tax credit and incentive projects (scoping, eligibility analysis, data gathering, documentation and filings).
• Work with Finance and FP&A to integrate incentives into business cases, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with local Finance, HR, and operational teams to ensure incentive requirements (substance, documentation, KPIs) are met on an ongoing basis.
• Monitor changes in tax credit and incentive regimes globally and assess their impact on Fever’s structure and expansion plans. 

Who You Are

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in tax incentives/credits, international tax, or related advisory (Big 4 / top-tier firm or multinational group).
• Proven experience with R&D and innovation incentives, investment incentives, and/or employment-related tax credit regimes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; ability to model and articulate the impact of incentives on cash flow, effective tax rate, and business cases.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment.

• Have proven experience working with APAC and/or Middle East tax jurisdictions, across both direct and indirect taxes or accounting.
• Be detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
