The Role

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM strategies and communication plans across multiple channels, with a strong focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

You will play a key role in refining our multi-channel communication approach, optimizing customer journeys, and improving retention strategies. The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, technical skills, and a strong understanding of customer behavior.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app)
• Support the definition of the customer lifecycle and contact strategy across all touchpoints
• Segment audiences and leverage customer data to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, ensuring all activities are measurable and insight-driven
• Own weekly and monthly reporting, as well as ad hoc performance deep dives
• Continuously optimize CRM flows and journeys to improve engagement and drive revenue

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, across mobile and web environments
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with ESPs such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid, or similar tools
• Proficiency in HTML
• Strong copywriting skills
• Analytical, data-driven, and commercially minded
• Experience with A/B testing and dynamic content
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at a scale. Drive the development of innovative projects for positive brand growth.

Who You Are

About the role

Our Global Marketing Team is seeking a talented and passionate Motion Designer to work closely with the Creative team to deliver the best experiences worldwide in the most engaging and innovative ways.
This person will assist in the creation and development of video assets and creative campaigns, as well as finding new opportunities of improvement to ultimately strengthen our marketing on a global scale.

Main responsibilities:

• Creation of content in a variety of formats and to be used across different channels (paid media, organic social media, out-of-home, etc.) according to our marketing and creative strategy
• Modification of the content based on internal and client feedback
• End-to-end involvement in the creative strategy and process: from art direction and conceptualization to edition and animation
• Storytelling skills to bring the content to life working from a script and a storyboard
• Ability to work both with stock footage and in-hose material
• Pitch and present ideas, and solutions to a creative brief
• Research of new content formats, tools and references to enhance the outcomes of the creative team

About You

• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

About The Role:

Fever has a fantastic Affiliate Program which allows us to partner up with a variety of third-parties, and establish a long-term, performance-based partnership with them. Your main responsibility will be to manage these internal and external stakeholders, like; bloggers, media groups, hotels, and airlines, etc. You will be working hand in hand with the rest of the Marketing team to help drive Fever’s growth on a global scale.

• Grow and optimise existing affiliate collaborations, establishing successful and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners.
• Account manage new affiliate partnerships, from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations.
• Closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, including carrying out fraud checks.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.

About You:

• Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
