The Role
As the Senior Creative Strategist, you will blend big, creative thinking with strategic results-driven ideas to create best-in-class partnership proposals. You will be responsible for developing proposals that combine research, insight, and storytelling to drive revenue and client success.
In this role, you will be part of the Brand Partnerships department. We act as an in-house creative agency, ensuring that our expertise in entertainment reaches global brands to help them conceptualize and manage multi-strand digital and content campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Create 360 proposals by synthesizing partner RFPs and conducting audience research.
- Design visually compelling decks using AI imagery tools to bring strategic recommendations to life.
- Collaborate with Sales and Creative Solutions teams to refine and execute overarching creative platforms.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including proactive capability decks and case studies.
- Present creative concepts and strategic rationale in both internal and client-facing meetings.
- Manage a high volume of proposals weekly, delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.
- Ensure all proposals align with the brand tone of voice and company goals.
Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand partnerships, or integrated campaign development.
- Strong design ability with Google Slides proficiency and experience using visual AI tools.
- Proven track record responding to agency RFPs and working directly with sales teams.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills for high-level stakeholders.
- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple fast-moving projects.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this strategic position.
