Senior Sales Engineer (East Coast)

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in identifying customer pain points, developing solutions, presenting the Fastly value benefits, and addressing any technical objections. Marketing Technology Specialist

The Marketing Technology Specialist will be responsible for building and executing on marketing automation efforts for Fastly marketing initiatives. What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of Product and Engineering-led programs through a full program lifecycle of definition through launch
• Work closely with cross-functional resources as primary point of contact representing the Product and Engineering teams
• Participate in regular planning, help teams remove blockers, handle dependencies, and drive resolution to prioritization decisions
• Work with teams during quarterly planning to ensure that mechanisms are built to accurately track and status deliverables during execution periods.
• Ensure timely updates on OKRs and KPIs from teams including product adoption, delivery quality, and platform health
• Instill discipline and consistency within the Product and Engineering teams in terms of operational methodologies and documentation working with Director & Senior Director level resources

What We're Looking For: 

• 6+ years proven experience in Program Management
• 5+ years of product development, GTM, or software engineering program experience and various methodologies including Agile practices

Finance Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to support our Billing Systems and broader Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. This role will work closely with the Billing Operations, Finance, and Business Systems teams to support and improve systems that manage Contracts, Orders, Billing, and Invoicing across subscription and usage-based revenue models.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, good understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, and hands-on experience with data querying and reporting tools. This role will play an important part in troubleshooting business issues, analyzing data, improving operational processes, and supporting system enhancements and projects within the Order-to-Cash ecosystem.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ~5-7 years of experience who is comfortable operating at the intersection of finance operations, systems, and data analysis.

What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day support for billing and invoicing systems, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation
• Troubleshoot billing and invoicing issues across subscription and usage-based billing models
• Work closely with billing operations to resolve discrepancies related to contracts, pricing, usage, and invoicing
• Investigate and resolve data issues impacting billing accuracy
• Support operational processes related to contracts, orders, billing, and revenue flow across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle
• Assist with issue resolution across Billing Operations, Finance, and Business Systems teams

What We're Looking For: 

Required Qualifications

• ~5-7 years of experience in Finance Systems, Business Systems, Billing Operations, or Order-to-Cash functions
• Must have good understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes, including: Opportunity, Quote, Contracts, Orders, Billing, Invoicing, Subscription and/or usage-based billing
• Must have experience querying and analyzing data using BigQuery, SQL tools, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

What you'll do

• Distill high-velocity monitoring data into actionable events for strategic and high-touch enterprise accounts using the Fastly Observability platform to identify and resolve performance trends

What we're looking for
