We’re adding a Product Marketer to our Enterprise Marketing team to support our Admin Financial Workflow products within our Enterprise Accounts. This role will focus on invoicing, billing, payments experience, and expense & procurement integrations. You will own go‑to‑market, competitive intelligence, and product‑led growth for this area, driving adoption, expansion, and revenue impact of Admin Controls across Enterprise Accounts. Additionally, you will be focused on competitive intelligence and ezCater’s position within the market. You are a master storyteller with strong collaboration skills and deep experience partnering with product, sales, CS, and marketing teams to create compelling narratives that enable sales to win more deals. This role requires a strategic thinker who analyzes and incorporates data and customer insights.

What You'll Do:

• Own pod-level GTM strategy and execution for new features and enhancements across invoicing, billing, payments experience, and expense/procurement integrations.
• Define and evolve positioning and messaging for our admin financial workflows, clearly articulating value to enterprise admins, finance, and procurement stakeholders.
• Competitive intelligence & differentiation: maintain a live view of how critical market competitors handle admin portals, invoicing, expense integrations, and procurement; and translate those insights into clear differentiation, objection handling, and roadmap input for leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Support product-led growth initiatives in partnership with Product and Lifecycle Marketing, including in-product messaging, experiments, and campaigns that drive adoption and expansion.
• Partner with Product and Design to influence roadmap priorities with customer, market, and data-driven insights.
• Enable customer-facing teams (Sales, CS, Support) with playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, Sales decks, and training to help them position and sell our admin financial workflows confidently.
• Measure and report impact of your launches/campaigns and PLG initiatives, using data to iterate on GTM plans and improve activation, usage, and retention.
• Act as the voice of the customer: analyze customer interviews and research, win/loss analysis, and customer feedback to represent enterprise needs back to Product and GTM stakeholders. Use these insights to influence roadmap priorities and refine messaging and enablement.

What You Have: 

• 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including building and scaling repeatable GTM processes for complex product/feature releases.
• Proven track record developing positioning and go-to-market strategies for corporate / enterprise audiences.
• Experience turning Admin / workflow capabilities into sales-ready solutions by clearly articulating problems solved, who to sell to, and how offerings bundle into broader enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated experience owning GTM for a product, from positioning and launch planning through adoption and ongoing optimization.
• Hands-on experience building sales enablement materials, including but not limited to: talk tracks, value props, discovery questions, objection handling, ROI framing, and maintaining decks, 1-pagers, plays, battlecards, and email templates that sales actually uses.
• Competitive intelligence & differentiation experience in B2B software.
• Comfort working on product-led growth motions (e.g., in-product onboarding, prompts, experiments) alongside more traditional sales-led motions.

The Senior Marketing Integrations Technology Specialist sits within the Marketing Operations team and manages the architecture, connectivity, and reliability of the martech stack – ensuring clean, secure data flows between marketing platforms (HubSpot, Iterable, CDP, web and ad tools), core product databases, and our data warehouse (Snowflake).

In this role, you’ll help build and maintain integrations, monitor uptime and data quality, and document how systems connect, partnering closely with Data, Platform, Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams. You’ll help turn our GTM systems into a well‑instrumented platform that Marketing can trust and scale on.

What You'll Do:

• Design and govern martech architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Configure, maintain, and assist in implementing integrations across HubSpot, Iterable, Salesforce, CDP (ActionIQ), enterprise data hub (Snowflake), web tools, and ad/digital platforms, using native connectors, APIs, and tools like webhooks, reverse‑ETL, and low‑code automation (e.g., Zapier, Hightouch).
• Design and support integrations for SMS and mobile/app data, ensuring device IDs, push tokens, in‑product events, and messaging events flow into the right platforms for push and product messaging, as well as sending and receiving marketing SMS in a compliant way.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to wire new marketing data from core data tables to our marketing platforms so campaigns and experiments have the data they need.
• Develop a deep understanding of how marketing teams use data across channels in an effort to help design the right data schemas, attributes, and transformations needed to activate complex cross‑channel campaigns. 
• Govern martech data mappings and shared definitions for how marketing data moves across the tech stack, maintaining clear systems of record and consistent field/value definitions for attributes shared across platforms.
• Support light web development and experimentation work in partnership with Web and Digital Operations, including updating WordPress templates/pages, configuring and integrating web forms, and implementing A/B tests or experiments — with a focus on instrumenting events and connecting web data into analytics and marketing platforms to unlock richer data flows and reporting.
• Monitor reliability, uptime, and data quality for marketing systems.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, alerts, and runbooks for key integrations and data flows (e.g., sync failures, unusual drops in volume, schema changes), partnering with Data teams on logs and status pages where available.
• Proactively identify and resolve integration issues impacting campaign execution, audience availability, or reporting; drive root‑cause analysis and document fixes.

What You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, martech, data integration, or similar technical GTM systems roles, ideally in a B2C, B2B, or B2C2B environment.
• Hands‑on experience integrating and administering marketing and GTM platforms such as marketing automation/journey tools (Iterable or similar), CRM (HubSpot and/or Salesforce), or ad/digital tools.
• Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and integration tooling (e.g., reverse‑ETL, low‑code automation) to connect systems that don’t integrate natively.
• A systems‑thinker mindset: you enjoy mapping data flows, understanding schemas, and defining standards that make complex stacks more coherent for everyone.

We’re looking for a Marketing Development Representative to join our Enterprise Marketing team to help us scale our Enterprise business, the fastest-growing area of ezCater. In this role, you will help us accelerate our sales cycle by working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that no lead falls through the cracks. You will nurture and warm leads generated through digital marketing channels and events to help us improve our qualified lead conversion rate and achieve ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do:

• Qualify leads from form fills, events and content downloads by quickly following up via calls and emails
• Effectively hand off leads to sales and implementation teams to help ensure a great customer experience 
• Write and deploy 1:1 email communications to leads captured through marketing channels
• Maintain a laser focus on our qualified lead conversion rate, surfacing ideas to continually improve time to contact and meeting rate
• Share learnings from prospect interactions, using that knowledge to improve our lead nurture strategy and provide valuable insights to both sales and marketing teams
