The Marketing Specialist, Regional Campaigns supports the execution of regional and state-level marketing campaigns designed to drive demand and pipeline growth. Reporting to the Director, Field Marketing, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering localized, multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, webinars, and events.
Working closely with sales and cross-functional marketing teams, the Marketing Specialist ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, aligned to regional priorities, and optimized for performance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our expansion into the Enterprise Workplace sector for our market-leading product Read&Write.
You will focus on prospecting, developing, and winning new business across mid-market and SMB accounts (up to 10,000 employees). This role requires a strong combination of proactive pipeline generation, commercial judgement, and the ability to progress and close complex opportunities.
While building a healthy pipeline through outbound activity and lead engagement will be a core part of the role, a significant focus will also be on leading opportunities through the full sales cycle, managing multiple stakeholders, and converting qualified opportunities into long-term customers.
Your sales style is value-led, collaborative, and structured. With a persuasive mindset and the ability to listen and understand, you will build productive relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels.

About the role
As one of our Business Development Executive, you will be exploring existing, new and alternative sales channels. You will be looking out for best ways to promote Everway and together with our team, you will be increasing our footprint in the market and building out our solutions.
You will be supported by our business specialists, product managers and our marketing team while aligning closely with colleagues in the wider group to optimise your market approach.
Your sales style is value-led, collaborative, structured and strategic. With your tactful, diplomatic and persuasive mindset and ability to listen and understand, you are able to develop productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on different organisational levels.
This role requires a results-focused, forward thinking individual with a can-do attitude. You will be expected to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to help achieve the division’s strategic goals.
You will be the driving force of customer engagement and acquisition. The role is suited to a professional with a track record in winning new business and exposure to the full sales cycle.
Travel will be required as needed. The successful candidate should be based in the East Coast, preferably in Michigan, Ohio, Virginia or Maryland.

We’re looking for a Content Specialist, Sales & Revenue Enablement to help support and scale our commercial readiness efforts.
This is an early-career role ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and excited to lead with AI to make information more accessible and engaging for our go to market teams. You’ll help ensure our global sales teams have the right content, at the right time, to do their jobs effectively.
This role is a fixed term contract for a duration of 12 months.
Collate & Design: Partner with sellers and subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment to help turn our sales playbook and updates into “rep-ready” content like training videos,, slide decks, and talk tracks.
AI Integration: Explore and implement AI tools to support content creation, summarize information, and improve knowledge sharing.
Content Stewardship: Help maintain and organize documentation so content is centralized, up to date, and easy for GTM teams to access across platforms.
Commercial Readiness: Support the rollout of training for key initiatives, including territory alignment, cross-sell priorities, and product positioning.
Feedback Loop: Connect with sales and customer success teams to understand their day-to-day needs, identify content gaps, and suggest improvements.

About the role
