About the role (What you'll be doing)

We’re seeking a Head of Corporate Development to own the biggest strategic partnerships levers in our business.

Our Corporate Development team is responsible for doing commercial deals that unlock the biggest strategic levers in our business - think insurers, governments, pharmaceutical companies, and any other major supplier.

You will have global ownership of any relationship that can step-change our growth or margin profile, and you will work closely with our local market GMs to unlock said growth or margin.

Your role is equal parts strategy and commercial execution. You will be responsible for opening new distribution channels and creating moats for our global business by driving strategic commercial partnerships.

1. Drive partnerships strategy: you will own the development of our partnerships strategy. This includes proactively creating new partnership models and sourcing, pitching and executing the best partners in each category.
2. Own (and win new) global relationships: Own relationships with C-suite and SVP-level with global supplier, insurer, government and pharmaceutical partners. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, pitching and executing new partnerships at this senior level. You should understand our business model intimately, how we bring value to partners in our ecosystem and be able to pitch this compellingly
3. Create new commercial models: we’re at the edge of innovation for digital preventative health and we are often the first time our partners have used a distribution channel like ours. You will need to create new partnership models from scratch, often including reimagining commercial models from first principles and creating new legal structures across multiple jurisdictions
4. Negotiation: You’ll negotiate these partnerships on behalf of Eucalyptus. You’ll often be the most senior sponsor in the room and will be expected to guide our GMs on the right strategy and position to get the deal done. As the value of these deals can be 8-9 figures we expect you are able to masterfully understand the counterparty’s objective function and design the optimal deal for Eucalyptus that is a win for both sides
5. Commercial decision making: you will ultimately own whether a partnership is value accretive to your GM’s market and the broader Eucalyptus group. You should have internalised our P&L, its key levers and be able to mental-math your way through real time calculations of the impact of different deal structures in live negotiations.
6. High context: This role reports directly into our senior leadership team and is one of the most important commercial levers in our business. You will have context and input on some of our highest stakes strategic thinking, and have the responsibility and expectations that accompanies this context.

About you (Who you are)

Skills and experience

• 8+ years of experience across investment banking/consulting/private equity at high performing shops, or in a similar BD/Corp dev function of a hypergrowth business servicing large regulated enterprises
• Strategic mindset: ability to quickly understand strategy & drivers of our business, turn them into partnership theses and then find commercial models that drive long term value for both sides and create moats for our business
• Elite negotiation: this role is best suited to someone who has experience with, and a genuine passion for, negotiating commercial deals. We’re looking for candidates who understand the incentives of all parties in a negotiation, who holds the leverage and have the charisma to get the right outcome for our business in this context
• Numerical fluency: you can quickly internalise the key levers of a P&L and do real time mental math to understand how different commercial structures will impact our business
• Hypergrowth hustle: you will be dealing with (mostly) large enterprises but our business needs to move quickly. You should be able to demonstrate you know how to get deals done with large corporates but still operate with the core belief that speed is all that matters for a business at our stage

You'll meet with the people who know the market: potential pharmacy partners, pharma companies, advisors, industry experts and you'll synthesise everything into an investment thesis that gives leadership what they need to go/no-go decision. 

If you're working on launching a new market: You are the end-to-end owner of a market launch - from the first local hire to the first patient acquired. You'll navigate systems, tools, and regulatory environments that nobody has mapped for you yet. You'll build the local team, sign the first pharmacy partner, and keep every workstream moving through rigorous project management and execute every workstream to a world-class standard.

If you're working on scaling a launched market: You own the P&L. You run experiments to improve the funnel, make data-driven bets, and build the systems that let your team do the same. You'll hire and develop local talent, hold them accountable to OKRs, and identify the next opportunity to win in that market.

About the role (What you'll be doing)

As a Performance Marketer, you will be a hands-on IC sitting within the International Launch Team, working directly under the Global Head of Performance and alongside our Staff Performance Marketer (Search & Analytics). You'll be a key part of the central buying function, responsible for running paid media across international markets from day one.

You'll start with Meta as our biggest spending channel, then expand across TikTok, Search, and others as the function grows. There's minimal approval friction here. If you have a good idea, you can test it. The feedback loop is tight and the learning is real.

You'll:

• Own and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, with expanding scope into TikTok and Search
• Set up paid media accounts from scratch in new markets - building campaign structure, tracking, and creative testing frameworks from the ground up
• Run a consistent test-measure-learn cycle across creative and campaign setup to keep improving performance
• Work within established playbooks and pressure test them - flagging what's working, what isn't, and why
• Turn performance data into sharp creative briefs and clear optimisation plans
• Analyse what's working across creative, targeting, and landing page experience - and act on it
• Build clear performance reports that track results by channel, campaign, and creative
• Keep tracking clean and accurate across platforms using pixels, UTMs, and event-based measurement
• Explore and apply AI tools to create efficiencies in day-to-day workflows and speed up the test-and-learn cycle
• Stay across platform changes and best practices to keep strategies sharp
• Work cross-functionally with analytics and growth teams to surface insights and spot new opportunities

About you (Who you are)

You've got 3-5 years in performance marketing with serious hands-on time on Meta. You think about creative as the lever, not an afterthought. You're comfortable pulling data and turning it into a point of view and you're curious enough to keep pushing on what's possible.

You'll likely bring:

• 3-5 years of performance marketing experience with a heavy focus on Meta / Facebook Ads
• Strong instincts for direct response creative - what works, how to test it, and how to scale it
• Experience managing ad accounts spending meaningful budgets, ideally across multiple markets or brands
• Solid understanding of campaign setup, attribution, pixel and event tracking
• Analytical chops - you can read performance data and know what to do with it
• A genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can make you faster and smarter
• Comfort working across multiple channels (TikTok and Search experience is a bonus)
• Experience in regulated categories (health, finance) is a plus but not required
• Based in London and able to be in the Old Street office 3 days a week

🛠️ About the role (What you’ll be doing)

• Responding to patient enquiries via tickets in Japanese and English using our patient experience tool (i.e. Zendesk) - don’t worry, extensive training will be provided!
• Ongoing support to patients experiencing side effects and/or symptoms related or unrelated to their medication for Juniper, including virtual calls to help patients through their health journey, giving patients an overview of the medication, their dosage schedule and potential side effects
• Triaging medical issues with support from a robust clinical framework and global clinical team
• Be our point of contact to our network of Eucalyptus partnered doctors
• Working closely with a team of health coaches, doctors, registered nurses and / or pharmacists to provide holistic care to patients
• Supporting and training our non-clinical patient facing teams

🥼 About you (Who you are)

• You are registered in Japan as a Pharmacist
• You have 3+ years of clinical experience post-registration as a Pharmacist
• You have native level Japanese language skills and business level English language skills (must)

🏆 Bonus points for

• Experience in telehealth or specialized medicine (i.e. obesity management, diabetes, GLP-1)
• Worked in triaging in a clinical setting (i.e. intensive care unit, emergency department)
• Good understanding of computers, systems and tools (i.e. Zendesk, LINE, Facebook)

About the role (What you'll be doing)

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to scale one of Eucalyptus’ fastest-growing brands in Japan.

This role owns end-to-end growth, from brand and creative through performance, lifecycle, and retention, with full accountability for outcomes.

Scope

• Own full-funnel growth (brand, performance, CRM, lifecycle, creative)

• Lead and scale a local team of 2–5

• Manage an eight-figure USD annual budget

• Scale the business from ~1,000 to 50,000 patients per month by 2026

• Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Clinical teams

• Report directly to the General Manager, Japan, with support from global growth leaders

In this role you will

• Set and execute the growth strategy for Japan across channels

• Own capital allocation and optimise CAC at scale

• Build culturally resonant, trusted messaging for Japanese consumers

• Lead creative direction in a conservative, regulated category

About you (Who you are)

• 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or D2C (agency or in-house)

• Deep understanding of Japanese consumer behaviour

• Fluent Japanese required; English a strong plus
